So! We had a cpl burgers cooked Medium (which they cooked them Perfectly)! Mac n cheese which apparently were almost as good as Mama Chef -huge compliment. Shrimp n grit! Ohmigoodness! I had never tasted this before and wow! It was delish! The sauce! Wow!... definitely looking up this recipe... and Hey! No judging, I'm a west coast gal!
