OMG!!! Literally SO goooood! Like ah-mazing! Can we please get y'all in Dallas? So! We had a cpl burgers cooked Medium (which they cooked them Perfectly)! Mac n cheese which apparently were almost as good as Mama Chef -huge compliment. Shrimp n grit! Ohmigoodness! I had never tasted this before and wow! It was delish! The sauce! Wow!... definitely looking up this recipe... and Hey! No judging, I'm a west coast gal! I had the strawberry salad, perfect dinner size, added blackened chicken! So grateful they have a healthy portion of protein- girl was low on protein walking in! Lols. Kids had a kids burger, mac n cheese, fries, popcorn shrimp and chicken strips! All were awesome I am told. The waiter dude was cool and helpful! Will definitely return!

Ridiculous wait time. We have been loyal customers but will not be back.

Great food and very reasonably priced. Daughter got the blackened chicken BLT with mac and cheese. Flavors were spot on. Her chicken was tough, and I had some to confirm, but that was the only complaint with that. Still, $13 for that including the mac and cheese. Hell of a deal. I got the gumbo. I thought it was 4/5. And I got the fried fish sandwich. It was amazing - 5/5. I never order things like that and I would get it again in a heartbeat. And, that tartar sauce is absolutely the best tartar sauce I have had any time anywhere. If you're looking for a solid place in Tuscaloosa, come here. I recommend the fried fish sandwich, extra tartar sauce, mac and cheese on the side !

3rd time I've eaten there, I Luv the Food, I always take home my husband a dish! He wants to know the hrs. so he can come, sit down & enjoy his meal "Hot"

Parking: Hard to find a parking space, because of crowds. But the Food is so darn "Delicious" & Staff is Awesome!!!

10/10 recommend the atmosphere was amazing the food was phenomenal!! Loved everything about this place and will definitely go back next time we are in Tuscaloosa!!

A Tuscaloosa staple! Amazing food and wonderful service.

This is the best place to eat. They deserve a James Beard Award because the food is excellent. The staff is always awesome & you can’t beat the food or their prices. Our only regret is that we didn’t know about UBK sooner. Our server tonight was Gracie & she really went above & beyond for us. We will be back soon!

Worth the stop!!
The menu varies from hometown cooking to catch of the day. We had shrimp tacos, bacon cheeseburger, grouper sandwich and salmon strawberry salad. Everything was great, the portions were large and service was spot on!!
Urban Bar and Kitchen is a must try.

Cool vibe, great music, friendly staff. Food was good. Started with crab claws (so good) and got the pork chops & pancakes. Pancakes were huge 😍 They lacked a little flavor, but overall I was satisfied. I will definitely come back whenever I visit Tuscaloosa again.

Loved this place!! Just happened in here while traveling. Someone in our party tripped and fell at the entrance. Three employees immediately ran out of the door to help her up and ensure she was ok. Just so attentive. Our server, Kendra, was amazing and patient. The food was outstanding! Please stop in. You won’t regret it!

The food was so delicious and fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. If you have never been, I promise you that you will go back often after you’ve been there 🤤
