Absolutely amazing food and amazing staff!! Great atmosphere and hospitality.

Every time I've been to this place the food has been phenomenal! The drinks are delicious. Everyone is friendly and clearly loves what they do. It gets crowded often, but that's only because the food is great. I highly recommend this place if you're a Tuscaloosa native or visiting.

my boyfriend & i’s favorite date spot! our server last night, claire, was the best! even though it was busy, she was still very sweet, funny and attentive. not once were we looking around waiting for her. the food is always amazing and prices are very fair!

This is a great college town bar with friendly servers and atmosphere.

❗️Warning for people with gluten intolerance/allergies: ❗️There is a gluten-free menu with many clear options. BUT, the (very professional and kind) server could only find one copy in the restaurant and it was very stained. Although I ordered from the gf menu, my salad still came with croutons and my fried shrimp came with corn bread.
I did not ask for the mistake to be corrected because it made me question if my server was trained for dealing with gluten sensitivity. I may have been here on an off day.

We got the fried green tomatoes for our appetizer and I was very impressed. These were not the over-breaded fried green tomatoes that you typically get in a restaurant. The breading was light and, in my opinion, perfect. The tomatoes were fried beautifully. I got the pasta, and I really just expected a standard steakhouse pasta dish. This dish was so surprising! The sauce was fantastic! The pasta was perfectly cooked. I enjoyed every bite and ate far more of it than I should have.

We stopped at UBK after a visit to the University of Alabama and we loved it! Really nice atmosphere and amazing food! Service from Ashton was a 10! Highly recommend the fried grouper and pork chops. Oh, and try the Bacon Bombs!!
