Do NOT go here at night. The lobby was closed, and there was only take out available. It took over an hour to get my food despite there only being a few people there, and they had the audacity to add a 20% fee to pay themselves for non-existent customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Doors closed from 11:30 - 6:30 am. To go only which adds a 20% fee. Door closed 10 min before 11:30. We then placed a to go order (3 all stars nothing crazy) which came out 45 min later and was wrong. At that point we didn't care. Might be okay during day, but stay away from at night.

Yesterday morning about 11:30 am, I dined at the Waffle House on Mcfarland Boulevard for breakfast. The waitress named Brittany who served me and my boyfriend was rude , unfriendly and down right nasty to me but was somewhat friendly to my boyfriend for some reason. We asked for bacon with our meals but she served us bacon and sausage. Once we brought it to her attention that we did not order sausage, she got an attitude saying something under her breath while dumping the sausage in the trash can in front of us and walking away without offering to take it off the bill. To make a long story short, I did tell the manager on duty about Brittany’s attitude and I was sensing that she wanted to defend this girl’s nasty attitude. I have visited many Waffle House restaurants in the south and I have never had a waitress as rude and nasty as Brittany. I will not never, ever eat at this Waffle House again.

Walked to this location from our hotel by the highway after we got in. Was not expecting it to by closed inside from 11:30-6am, never seen that anywhere before. We used the pickup window to order our food and waited around 10-15 minutes for it. The staff were nice and helpful. The food was some of the best made Waffle House. 20% is added for to go orders, 10% for the chef and 10% for them to bag your order.

This location is locked before 6am. You have to stand at a window and built into the glass wall and purchase your food. Staff was TERRIBLE. Service was TERRIBLE. They should fire everyone including the manager and start over from scratch. It took the staff 15 minutes before my order hit the grill and they didn’t even call the order out like EVERY waffle house. Cook wasnt the worst but he was the laziest. The staff genuinely shouldn’t be allowed to serve food. Terrible experience. Easily the worst waffle house I’ve ever been to

I would recommend anyone who wants some good breakfast to come to this Waffle House. My food was so good , the waitress was very sweet, and the cook Tyler can definitely cook! 😂I will be back when I want some good breakfast this will be my #1 stop.
