If you call the restaurant, there’s not a single way to communicate that your order was completely backwards from how you ordered it. I came here a week ago and was told they are not accepting orders anymore at midnight. Tonight I spent $30 on an online to go order to pick my order up and drive home to see the entire order is not at all how I ordered it. The door to the establishment was locked and they would not let me inside. I got home and realized my order was completely incorrect, and when I tried to call, there was no way to voice my complaint to anybody other than a robot. Do not ever eat here. The staff should be fired. Completely disrespectful.

We went to Waffle House for lunch on the way home. It was a weekday at lunch time and they were very busy. Our server got to us in a timely fashion considering how busy they were and, although they were swamped, she was very friendly and took note of what we wanted (my wife ordered breakfast with the bacon VERY crisp and I got the bacon cheeseburger plate with LOTS of onion on the burger). Our food was brought to us quickly and the bacon was VERY crisp and I got LOTS of onion. The food was prepared and served perfectly. Our server checked on us several times. The entire staff was very upbeat and highly efficient. As always, Waffle House came through for us.If corporate ever decides to do a TV commercial, that's the place and those are the folks to have in it.
This is my favorite breakfast restaurant but unfortunately they need a good cook. The young man tried his best but he overcooked my hash browns, Waffle and bacon and my eggs were undercooked. Nevertheless I ate every bite and I will be back. lol it's still my fav...

This place is horrible!!I have been driving on the road for hours and I stopped in to order some food here and I was going to sit down and order but we had to wait on two tables to be cleaned they have like eight people working.What made me upset is when I sat down to wait on the table one of the workers behind the counter was banging plates so loud over and over like he was doing it on purpose it was very rude.If someone has a disability that could have seizures with that loud noise because it hurt my head so bad I had to get my husband to order our food and I walked out.Then they messed up our order.I didn’t want to complain about it but it’s something I can’t eat that they put in my food.I didn’t want to tell them because I felt like they would mess with my food if I complained about it.I wouldn’t go here.The owners need to check in on there business to see how it’s being ran that’s all I got to say.We are also business owners and I will make sure to tell our travelers to not eat here when they drive threw.They drive threw allot.You never know who people know that’s all I got to say.

My BLT with cheese was good however the service wasn't so great. I waited at least five minutes to be waited on while the employees were talking amongst themselves. But they were nice just hope they concentrate more on their customers because I'm one who believes in reviews.
