Absolutely LOVE the atmosphere and friendly service here! You feel welcome as soon as you walk in! The cook is even friendly and amazing. He made a special little waffle for my daughter that was in the shape of mini mouse with a bow! Miss Sheila is the BEST!!!!!!! This was our first time at a waffle house ever and they made our stay so awesome. And we found out they dance at 12 o clock!!! We had so much fun and the workers are all so upbeat and awesome. Best part of our trip to Alabama!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Lady debates me about whether or not the table is clean. She didn't want to clean the dirty table. She smears her hand and syrup gets stuck to her. Deeply insecure woman that felt like cleaning the table was a hit to her ego. I would have cleaned it myself if she didn't want to but at the same time if you don't want to wipe a table then what does that say about dishes and other sanitary standards. I just walked out. Also, she just stared at us as we walked in. No hello. No welcome. No nothing. Looks like she is on drugs.

The lady in this picture was yelling at a customer directly by my table. We waited on food for over an hour . The customer was agrivated at the service. Employees didn't know the system. Wasn't calling orders correctly. The same person was waiting tables and doing dishes and taking to go orders. Management was making announcements to the whole place about being slow and apologized. People arguing with each other. They were giving free meals. Seemed really unorganized and not professional at all. Never should employees yell and cuss and threaten customers .

I may have found the most efficient multi-tasker that is the master of his game running the grill at the 5001 Skyland E Blvd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405location. I always sit at the bar to watch the show and he effortlessly handled a full house plus to go orders single-handed. No wasted movements, everything was calculated and executed like poetry in motion. Keep this guy and promote him to train other locations at the corporate level.
Good meal at 3 in the morning. I was the only customer in the place. Three employees, one cook and 2 servers. The food was good and not extremely expensive. I give this visit to Waffle House five thumbs up. ?????
