I’m a frequent customer here at the Tuscaloosa location. But today I had the worst experience. The server took a while to get our drink order and had an attitude from the beginning. I’d mention her name but she didn’t even give us her name. She could’ve been having a bad day but wow her vibe was just not it. Leave that stuff at the door. I asked to be moved because I didn’t want to tip a server for poor service (I’m a really generous tipper) and I would hate to not leave a tip if I got stuck with her. As a business owner, I would never tolerate this. Hospitality training is much needed. The guy in front was apologetic and I appreciated that but I ended up leaving to spend my money elsewhere. Hope the people eating there didn’t have to go through with what I went through.

Great experience! Every time I come through Tuscaloosa, I make it a priority to stop by Walk Ons. Immediate service once stepping through the door, adequate wait time for the food, and ALWAYS perfectly made. Worth every penny!

The food here is AMAZING 👏 🤩 😋 I definitely enjoyed the quality burger is great with the waffle fries. I'll recommend this restaurant 5 stars 🌟!!!!

We had reservations for 20 at 4:30 for our monthly class gathering. We all arrived and there were only 3 people eating when we arrived. The boy at the desk wouldn't seat us, and had a terrible attitude. To the owners of this place: We drove across Skyland Blvd to Baumhowers and spent close to $500.

I placed a ToGo order, I was overcharged & my food came out cold. Food was sent back & I told them about the overcharge, the service manager Darlena was very racist, rude, & unprofessional. She got in my face yelling and talking loud in front of the employees and other customers implying that I didn’t have enough money to pay for my order which was clearly not the case. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. The employees were apologizing to me for her behavior. I finally received the remake of my order, it came out hot and fresh this time but I will never visit this location again because of Darlena, she is the service manager but her customer service sucks.

New waitress(sweet girl) charged us for wrong ticket. Asked for manager and darlena(sm) came over and didn't explain what happened correctly or at all. Very rude of you darlena

My hickory burger had overcooked beef patty but the bacon was raw. My wife’s avocado chicken sandwich was dry and chewy. The makers mark old fashioned was watered down. Also took over 15 minutes before a waitress even came to talk to us after being sat down and it wasn’t even a busy night. Also walking out, there was just tampons laying on the floor in front of the check in desk
