The food was sadly ok. I wanted it to so badly be better. Cold cornbread made me the saddest . Ill try it again and hopefully tip the scales but the short story is they are surviving with a different generation. Time will tell.
Can't say enough about this place. There was a wait to get in on an early Sunday morning, but I was alone, so sat right down. The service was as expected, kind and courteous. The food was as good as home cooking. Ambiance is all Alabama.

We stopped for breakfast before the Bama game. What a cool old breakfast spot. Tight seating inside but the service was really good. Real country breakfast food. The country ham and biscuits were delicious. The fried taters were really good to. Authentic country cooking at its finest.
