Not very impressed with this location. The food is hit or miss, hours suck, and the employees are often time rude.I asked for ONE ranch and ketchup and they said no! My meal comes with fries!? How am I not allowed sauce?!?

I am only giving a 1 star review because it is not possible to leave a zero star review. The employees here are some of the rudest people that I have ever met. They filled my drink half way. When I asked them to fill it completely, they refused. They also refused to give me the sauce that I had ordered. People who behave like that should not be working a customer service job.

Nice friendly employees and good quality burgers! Sometimes its OK to wait a bit for your food on busy hours in a student center. Expect to wait at most 10 minutes.

Food is always great. However customer service is far from substantial. Cashier continually cut me off to ask me the same questions over and over again. As I proceeded with my order, I needed to ask a question, yet I was interrupted yet again for the cashier to ask me what sauce I needed...for the third time. To which I responded AGAIN with no sauce. She is rude and harsh and cares little about customer satisfaction.
