Went and ordered from the drive thru the lady told us to pull around. Waited so long my boyfriend walked in and got the food while waiting in line one guy finally acknowledged him and my bf explained the situation and the rude lady was the bag is right there. A random bag that was sitting on the counter. She was like and I quote “you don’t have to be that upset over a $12 order “ we spent $22 since our bag was sitting on a counter we waited all that time for cold food. Not even lukewarm

This place just ruined the night for me again. Today is homecoming day for my daughter so my wife is busy doing makeup and hair . She thought it would be easy to get something quick to eat and send my daughter off after getting pictures. After getting home with the food , I noticed half of the order isn’t even here. The parts of the order I did get were wrong. Leaving the miscellaneous correct items at the house, I had to go back to get the order fixed. Which means kids only get to eat half a meal until the other half comes. My wife’s food wasn’t even in the bag at all. The drinks were even all messed up. So now I’m sitting here waiting for them to correct my food while my daughter takes photos with the family. Thanks a lot Wendy’s for incompetent staff once again.

Service was very slow. Jada reeked of just smoking a joint. No chili….at a Wendy’s? $3.29 for a large drink. Major restaurants are not this high? I will NEVER return here again.

Worst Wendy I’ve ever been to. The sign is falling apart, constantly out of items , most employees act as if you’re a major inconvenience for them. Burgers usually come out sloppily made. I won’t go back. Also, the Ketchup in the lobby seems watered down.
I just do not understand!! My husband called home after work to see what we wanted for dinner. He said how about Wendy's, we haven't had it in a long time. We'll I am pretty sure the reason we haven't had it in a while is because they never have anything to order. He was told tonight they only had chicken nuggets, that is it! Really.....he thinks the employees could careless as to some where hanging out outside!! Never again!! I really didn't even want to give 1 star!!!

The worst customer service ever. I could barely understand the employee taking my order. It sounded like she had marbles in her mouth. I get to the window and she doesn't speak at all. Hands me my food without so much as a thank you. The hamburgers were soggy and the French fries were cold and mostly burnt. Try harder people, you are being paid to do a job. I won't be visiting that location again.

Went for breakfast and ordered a breakfast baconator with honey butter. I’m not sure if the employee who made the food was trying to be funny or what but they put a RIDICULOUS amount on the sandwich to the point the foil wrapper was falling apart. The cashier couldn’t answer any questions and apparently the manager was unavailable for questions because she was “trying to hire people” that’s minor compared to the food issue but hey. I go to this location every now and then and always have the best experience during the breakfast hours. Today was beyond terrible.

I had the best experience tonight at this Wendy’s!!! Not only was the food fresh and very quickly prepared, but the kindest employees greeted and helped me. A beautiful woman with pink braids and another young man with locs. She even made sure I had the correct soda flavoring.

Absolutely won worth wendy's by Far, i went and ordered, threw the drive through a 4 piece saucy nugs. Since the lady misheard me and gave me spicy nuggets, I asked her if she could just add the saucy nugs to my order. I would just pay for both. She got really upset and ended up giving me four more regular nuggets, with the ghost sauce, then she charged me for a large drink and I got a small frosty!! Her attitude was really disgusting...
No chocolate, oreo or brownie frostys.
