The service is slow. The girl was handing me my bag and let it go before I could get a good grip on it, then shut the window and locked it before I could say anything. It was rude. When I opened the container my pancakes were burnt. Going back is not worth the time or mistreatment.

Great service and food. Never been to a fast food restaurant with such great service. Had the avocado bacon burger meal. The spicy ketchup is great with the burger and fries. Highly recommend.

Services are beyond slow. 30+ minutes and order for the drive through. People are in there standing around. I've never seen whataburger move so slow and they messed up the order. Not once but, two times last night and this morning. It makes more since to me if I'm waiting in line for 30+ minutes, but this was at the window with no one in front of me.

Went through the drive-thru. Nobody behind us but they asked us to pull around and wait out front. 20 minutes later we had to walk in and ask for our order and they said they were waiting on the fries. The fries were ice cold, so was the rest of our food.

The food is what it is... My problem was with the service today... They left off one order of fries, and when I said something about it, it was made like I was trying to get a free order of fries. I overheard them talking about it and refused the fries when I saw someone.. One of them even said there's always a problem when The Sounds of Joy(Arc singing group) are there. Needless to say, we will not be going back to that particular Whataburger.
