My first Whataburger experience and I’m officially smitten!
I got a Whataburger meal crisp, fries, and the Prickly Pear Raspberry Whatafresher. OMG that drink was love at first sip! The burger was super yummy, but what really made my visit special? The sweetest, kindest staff ever! They made me feel so welcome. 10/10 would come back again (and again).

Two because we love Whataburger. Customer service was trash— from the moment we walked in I should have known. Then, 3 employees yelled at my husband because he asked for a piece of cheese for my kids burger. Lol.

First time being to a Whataburger being from Michigan, and could not have had a better experience. Food was phenomenal, and the only thing better was the service. Manager came out and talked to us and was very nice and elevated the experience. This was perhaps the best dining experience I have ever had in my life. Will be coming again, 11/10

The food is always good and comes out pretty fast. Their milkshake machine is often out of order, but when it is working the milkshakes are amazing.

You know what SCREW THIS PLACE. I have been here 3 separate times and they have messed up my order of literal cheese, meat, and bread ALL 3 TIMES. I don’t understand why it is so physically difficult for GROWN ADULTS to make the order correct. I worked in fast food at 15 years old and was capable of making an order correct. It’s not hard to slap cheese meat and bread together. They are not only LAZY and UNATTENTIVE, but they are straight up downright rude to guests as well. I seriously will never come back to this location I have NEVER been so dissatisfied in my whole 21 years of life with fast food service, and I worked fast food for 4 years.
