they overcharge an unadvertised cover charge, they were out of food because they had a party earlier in the day. a scheduled party. the wait staff isnt very friendly. parking is awful. food is expensive and very small portions.

Ordered thru a delivery service. Worst experience ever with a restaurant. They forgot to pack half the order. Wish they had forgotten it all as we got food poisoning. Called the manager on duty who was very rude. Called the GM the next day and was told he was there, but when they tried to give him the phone I was put on hold and then told it was actually not him but someone else (after they had called him by name). Left message but got no call back. I really wanted to warn them so they could check the food, but apparently they do not care about their customers health. By the way, this is my second review as the first review somehow managed to disappear off the site. Really hate to leave a public review and would rather have spoken to management instead but since they have been rude and unresponsive, I’ll just say beware of the food and the rude managers. The only plus was that our driver from delivery service was awesome!

Over the last few years this place has went so far down hill it's sad. At 1 point this was my favorite place to go, but now I only go there in hopes that it will be better this time around ?.. the place has a horrible smell, and I cant trust the food there anymore(gotten sick) On too many occasions I have recieved drinks with dirty cups and stuff floating in it. They banned smoking and vaping in there, but the place fills with cooking smoke ?. On a positive note, it's fun to play pool and darts there.

The experience in restaurant was alright. What disappointed me the most was the fact that I paid for a shirt as a birthday gift and never received it. I was told it would be mailed to me in two weeks and it’s been TWO MONTHS. I have called several times, left several messages being told I would receive a call back and NOTHING. I haven’t received an update, an apology, or a refund. It wasn’t just a gift, it was sentimental to the person it was for.

There was no music which I usually expect in a bar. The bartender was super unfriendly and made me feel as though I didn't matter. The drinks were expensive with only one drink special (Kamikaze for 4.50). The pool games were expensive and there was absolutely no air circulating, we all sweated the entire time we were there. The bar is very spacious and the setup is amazing (reason for the two stars).

Halley was a great Server to our bad day! She did everything she could to make sure our visit was great! From service to just checking on us for drinks she was amazing! If you have more servers like her we’d be back every night possible! Great job Halley!
