We’ve been coming here since it opened and most of the time we manage to find the things we want.

This is my favorite frozen yogurt place in Tuscaloosa. The only reason why I'm taking off two stars is because all of the toppings are usually empty by 3 PM which is kind of ridiculous because they open at 11. Since it's a dessert place, I feel like they should be able to restock throughout The afternoon from 11 to the time they close which is around 8-9. They also close up so early and I feel rushed anytime I come between those times.

If I can give them a negative less than zero I woud .

Is it possible this place has gotten even worse? We love yogurt mountain - but this location still is very under managed. Tonight we arrived an hour and 15 minutes before closing. The worker was already removing drip trays and cleaning up for closing, there was a dirty mop bucket right inside the door, when we asked a question she couldn’t be bothered to provide a sincere answer. I believe the company is going to do something - hopefully that happens quickly because it’s a shame to see this

The yogurt here is really good but on the other hand, the people who work here are not nice at all and honestly rude. They always close almost an hour early which I see that they should be open until 9. I walked in at 8:10 and half of the toppings were already closed off and the floors were soaking wet. The lady working at the register could not have been more inconsiderate. She stared at us as if we were walking in a minute before closing. Bottom line is, don’t expect anything from the staff. They clearly don’t care about their job or the customers.

If could I give it a zero. The yogurt is good. The only bad thing about this place is the staff. TERRIBLE service to be hones. It was 8:40 and A girl working there gave a disgusting face when I asked for sample cup, while was picking my toppins she started to take them up and didn't even bother to ask me If I was going to get some. When I was about to pay I asked for a spoon and she said that the spons run out when I clearly saw the 5 people in fron of me getring a spoon, she didn't even cared or apologized for the inconvenience.

the people that work there genuinely do not care about a single customer that walks through the doors, they’re so rude. no clue how this place is still open. lol

First employee made it seem like it was a burden to give us a sample cup. Didn’t matter tho because all the yogurts were empty. Both employees were just standing around; one on her phone, the other on laptop.

I used to frequent this place during my undergrad years in Tuscaloosa. Since earning my bachelor's degree, I hadn't been here in years. And now I know why. The atmosphere of this shop has gone down. There weren't many yogurt flavors available and many empty dispensers. The one flavor dispenser that did catch my eye sent me out the door, with no froyo in tow when I saw a hair chilling on the dispenser. Yuck!

Overheard an employee telling a customer she could not eat food she had brought in because "its too much mess to clean up". Not only was she very rude, but their are also no signs that indicate you cannot bring in outside food.

I brought my daughters in and spent $15 on ice cream, the woman working saw that i had a small bag of take out food and told me i could not eat that inside her store as it would create more work for her to clean up.

Dead flies in the food, rude service

Kat Salmon

Told the employees working there was a dead fly sitting on top of the yellow cake bites and asked for some fresh. They just started laughing and never brought out new cake. I waited for a bit feeling awkward but they just ignored me and carried on talking. I’m really sad because I was craving some frozen yogurt and normally I love this chain. I just felt like a nuisance to them.

Poor personal service. The servers were more interested in talking with each other than explaining the product. Unkempt surroundings. Tables outside dirty and Trash can overflowing and trash on the ground. Not an inviting atmosphere.

The girl working the front on the night of 8/15 could not be bothered to acknowledge us walking in the store as I believe the was had a phone call on her headphones and simply glared as we walked in. A few more people came in while we were getting our yogurt and the store became crowded. The girl from the counter then decided to squeeze her way between the customers and started removing toppings from the topping bar. She removed half the toppings before people were asking her to checkout. She was rude as well during checkout and didn’t hand us spoons so we had to reach past the scale to get our own spoons. It’s extremely frustrating to be spending $15 on 2 cups of yogurt and be treated as a gross inconvenience.
