From its beautiful interior to the beauty of its taste, the Yummi Crab was an explosion of flavor on both my taste buds and in my bowels. Our server/hostess/chef really knew what he was doing. The Theratrix’s thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will cherish this experience for the rest of our life.

Glad I wore my rain jacket, everything was squirting from the eggs to the shrimp to my butthole when I got home. Would definitely recommend our hostess/server/chef was phenomenal.

Food is wonderful! I got steamed oysters (mild with Yummy seasoning) and potatoes (They asked if I'd like them in with the oysters and I said yes. Delicious!). My husband got the oyster basket and onion rings. Everything was HOT and DELICIOUS. Service is great too. I'm glad we tried this place not too long ago. We make regular visits now. Yummy!

Potatoes, corn, muscles and eggs was over cooked tremendously. Cajun sauce was too salty. Crab legs barely had seasoning. Could not eat. Money down the drain.

We ordered takeout tonight for two people which was around $50 with the lobster tail and 1lb crawfish. Not only was the lobster tail maybe the smallest piece of fish I’ve ever seen in my life, it came with ONE boiled egg and that was it. Took about two bites to finish it and cost nearly $30. No corn, no potato, just two bites of a very bland lobster tail. The crawfish - same thing. Two eggs and nothing else. The crawfish were about as plain as they come, no seasoning, no spice (even though I ordered Cajun and hot spice) and they were SEVERELY over cooked. Chewy as hell and honestly just plain gross. Stay away from this place with every fiber of your being!! Beyond disappointed in how awful this food was. This place needs to close its doors and their owners need to find another career. STAY AWAY!!! What a waste of money…

man what a disappointment they stay open till 9:30 I get there at 8:40 to make a small order there's no sign on the door and they're open but they tell me that they have closed early so they could clean the kitchen is it going to close early I get that at least put a sign on the door or better yet lock the door so people don't think you're open for business

I ALWAYS get CRAB LEGS but since it was my daughter's birthday, I tried the CHICKEN WINGS. I was really SKEPTICAL about it BUT Yummi Crab showed out & made my night ???????
Atmosphere reads trashy. Service is sub par, even when they are trying to smile and be servicing, it's obvious it's forced and I never feel appreciated or even genuinely welcome, not servers fault fully, mgmt is obviously the reason. Please tip your servers well. I speak from lots of experience.

I ordered 1/2lb of crawfish, and 1/2 pound of shrimp. My toppings were garlic butter with Cajun seasoning, and I ordered it spicy. The total was just under $20The crawfish were over cooked, dry, and flavorless. No juice came out of the claws, and the meat by itself didn’t have any flavor. The shrimp similarly had no flavor, but they were juicer than the crawfish. The garlic butter sauce was plentiful and very flavorful. I found myself coating every bite in it to add flavor to the otherwise lackluster meal. I ordered it hot, but it was very mild, after eating the entire meal, my lips/ mouth were not burning at all. I would definitely order extra hot next time if I were to return. The potatoes were cooked appropriately, as was the corn. No complaints there. It seems these people don’t really know how to cook seafood which was a real bummer.The staff was extremely polite though and served by food up quickly with a smile on their face. I feel guilty leaving this review because of how nice they were, but in all honesty the food was very disappointing. I wish them the best, and hope they improve their seafood boil soon.

I ordered take out here for the first time today and it was terrible. I received an unappetizing looking crab they agreed to remake my order if I brought it back, they just cleaned the same crab. The potatoes weren’t cooked. 0/10 DO NOT recommend

Went there today to eat lunch with my family. End up ordering for dinner too to bring home. Service was fantastic! Food was great, and you can’t beat the price. I’m from the west just recently move here few weeks ago (gadsden) and damn that bag of crab with shrimp for sure is double the price where i came from. For sure will be eating here again once we’re around tuscaloosa.
