I had great service....don't normally order inside but on this day I did and service was great. Food was well covered in the sauce. I am only sorry I can't remember the young man who waited on me. But he was awesome...the young man tending to the dinning room and running orders out also checked as I waited that I had been helped....will be back soon.

I pulled up for a late-night dinner run and Zaxby’s did not disappoint! I ordered the Chicken Tender Kid’s Meal and the Wings & Things with Hot Honey Mustard — both were delicious, fresh, and served hot and crispy.
The drive-thru was smooth and easy, even at a late hour, and the staff was friendly and patient, which made the whole experience feel effortless. That hot honey mustard...

Food was good. Service lacking. Was reminded why we haven't been here in about a year. No napkins anywhere but behind counter. Had to ask for attention to ask for some. Order taken and ignored until food is out.
