There were 4 customers when we walked in a got a table. One server said our server wo over but she’d get our drinks. We got our drinks and sat for 15 minutes and still no server…the other server just kept helping her table and looking at us. After 20 minutes another couple walked in and sat down, immediately being waited on by a server. After 30 minutes or so and still not having a server come to our table and the server who got our drinks just looking at us we got up and left and I actually had to pay for our drinks. Quite disappointing. Can’t comment on the food because we never got any.EDIT IN REPLY TO OWNER:This was on Friday the 22nd between 5:15 and 6:30 and there were 3 drinks and a water. My other review you mentioned was also due to horrible service and not being able to receive food. As you may have also seen, I’ve left some very positive reviews as well when it is warranted. No hard feelings and we will probably come back at some point, just needed to be addressed.

Ate here recently. Absolutely LOVED IT!!!! place was very clean. Staff was amazing.. Been a very long time since I have been some where that had moderate to decent customer service since it apparently has become a thing of the past but not here. Customer service was a 12/10. Waitress was very good. Properly trained an knew what she was doing. Prices were not bad. Food was prepared in a timely manner even with us going in an hour before they closed. Apologies for cutting it so close. Food 12/10. Food was so so so good. In my opinion customer service based restaurants have went down the drain so bad in the past couple.of years. An coming here that was not the case. Absolutely loved it. Will definitely be back an will urge every one else to go. Couldn't have picked a better spot to eat an will return because of the experience. Keep up the good work Pour House!!!....

Great food, very reasonably priced, wonderful service! The breakfast is out of this world, and the burgers are amazing.Right across from Spring Park, The Pour House is a great place to come relax and enjoy a great meal after taking in the park.Highly recommended, and my family and I will most certainly be back.

Everything about this place is spectacular. I didn't expect the dressing plate to be the best I've ever had but I will definitely be back . My server Carrie took very good care of us. I over indulged!

Went to this restaurant today and ordered the Shrimp Dinner. Everything was so overcooked including the fries. The coleslaw was overdressed and sloppy. When I told the server my food was overcooked, the cook came over and said we’ve been having trouble with the shrimp cooking up that way. Then why was it served? I order the catfish poboy and they did removed the shrimp dinner from my tab. The poboy was a little better but the sloppy coleslaw ruined it. Never going back

The waitress was complaining about previous customers to the kitchen staff for most of our meal. I feel like she overcharged use by charing for my drink twice, which was supposed to come wit my sandwich with fries. My meal should have been 9.99 + 3.99(for fries and a drink. The coke and sprite were flat tasting(Not enough CO2). My son's shrimp was way over done---fried and looked burnt. His onion rings were also over done, however not as bad as the shrimp. We won't be back.

This was my first visit. A friend and I had lunch. It was so good! I had the hamburger with french fries (real homemade) and my friend had the Fried Green BLT. The service was great, the food very good and the price was perfect! I will be back!

We had a great dining experience at the Pour House as they were able to accommodate our cycling group of 17 from Chicago on a Sat night around one large table… the beer, spirits and meals were great. Thanks for the hospitality

They have some things you can't find anywhere else nearby. I think they need someone doing coordination or facilitation during peak times. They seem to miss things in the rush.

Fried Green Tomato sandwich was very tasty! Great French Fries, too NV There are many items to choose from. This place is a must try!

Just got home from the restaurant, about 15 min or so away. I ordered the food via online. I picked for curbside, there is only 1 curbside available and there was a car in it the whole time for about 30-40min. I waited until 6:13pm to go inside. I tell the waitress (i believe her name is Kayla) that I'm there to pick up my food. She goes and checks and tells me they are preparing it right then. I said ok, and I had a seat. 6:19 is when my food is supposed to be ready. 6:20ish I get to looking and no one has checked or came to me with any information. 6:30 rolls along and wouldn't you know my food has been sitting beside the cash register, no warmer or anything to keep it at least warm, FOR THE WHOLE 20 MIN AFTER 6:19PM! I DID NOT pay $35 and some change for cold food. Now, I'm home and after working all day we just wanted a nice "home cooked" meal. Instead I have to go in my kitchen and WARM IT UP IN THE MICROWAVE. I might as well light my money on fire because that's how great my VERY FIRST TIME THERE was. I'm posting pictures. Food looks like it would have been delicious but also on the pork chops and asparagus YALL DIDNT PUT MY LOADED POTATO that I paid 2.00 EXTRA for! The chicken breast is now as dry as sand. We definitely won't be back and if you wanted to make things right and if I was the owner I'd definitely refund everything. I've worked as a server and it wasn't this difficult to pay attention and give the customer their food WHEN IT COMES OUT not 20 min later.
