The staff member at the window provided a new sandwich; however, that sandwich also contained cheese. While mistakes can occur, this situation could have been addressed more effectively. As a result, a decision has been made to discontinue future patronage at this establishment.

It's 80 degrees the middle of the afternoon durning spring and they said their shake machine isn't working. Every time I go and ask for a milkshake their machine isn't working or it's down. Please put something up on the board outside so people know ahead of time, especially if they're looking forward to the specific item

If you're going to advertise Whoppers and chicken sandwiches on your BREAKFAST menu as "All Day" items, you don't tell a customer who orders one "We're not doing lunch yet." If it's on the menu you serve it. You don't want to be bothered making a hamburger at 10 a.m. that's fine, but don't lie to your customers.
