It is 6:14 I'm in the breakfast line and they supposed to be open at 6:00 am this is so unacceptable. And very disappointing. Please hire reliable workers that actually care about their job. I see employee that are late coming to work.

I came almost at close and the staff was still super friendly and helpful. He greeted us with smiles and even let us use the bathroom even though the lobby was locked. Even before close our food was hot and delicious. They did an amazing job. Thank you.

An order for a #8 without cheese was placed. The drink and hash browns were satisfactory, but the sandwich received had cheese on it. A return visit was made to request a remake of the sandwich. The staff member at the window provided a new sandwich; however, that sandwich also contained cheese. While mistakes can occur, this situation could have been addressed more effectively. As a result, a decision has been made to discontinue future patronage at this establishment.
Are not required to where gloves while handling foods opens door for crosscontamination ewww... asked them about it and that didn't think it was a problem wtf

It's 80 degrees the middle of the afternoon durning spring and they said their shake machine isn't working. Every time I go and ask for a milkshake their machine isn't working or it's down. Please put something up on the board outside so people know ahead of time, especially if they're looking forward to the specific item

Burger was made with old lettuce,meat wasn't cooked thoroughly.employees to not care.....poor management.
