This is probably the nastiest McDonald's I have ever been in. There was some kind of brownish water all over the floor, from the front counter all the way out through the dining room and to the side door.
It smelled like dirty rags, like dirty mop water that's been sitting around for days, like a floor drain full of stagnant water backed up and flooded the place. It was horrible.
The guy who eventually came to the front to help me just said "what you want?".
They got some crazy looking people just hanging out in the dining room. They aren't eating, they aren't even sitting together at a table, they're just hanging out all over that half of the room. I don't know what their deal is, but it's just not a good vibe.
Don't even bother coming here.

Tried to order on doordash and they had my order maked as (preparing) for an hour and a half so I drive up to the location and ask the manager "can you please mark my order as (ready for pickup) so they can assign a dasher" and instead of marking it ready for pickup she calls the police on me, very unprofessional

I was treated horribly. I ordered a medium fry, Ice cream Mc flurry and a tea. The you do with burgundy braids called me a lier to the other employees with blond braids. They refused to let me speak to a manger. I traveled all the way from Michigan to Alabama and was wanting a bite to eat. This was a horrible experience.

Lady at the second window has a horrible attitude! After serving me bad sprite for the THIRD time this week, I sat in the drive through for literally 1 second just to make sure my drink was okay just for her to tell me she got cars behind me, I’m holding up her line, and that I need to move. I told her I was just trying to make sure my drink was okay, she angrily said “It is okay!”, and truly, for the fourth time, it was bad again. The food is already distasteful, the least she can do is provide good customer service. You can’t trust people like that handling your food. No one wants to be served food or a drink by a person that has a nasty attitude like that. Purely disgusting! Never again.
