PUEBLO MAYA MEXICAN RESTAURANT

Never have I ever eaten such nasty Mexican food.... and they have the audacity to serve it on a hefty plate. There was 0% customer service, my bottled soda was flat and I had to order and pay when I walked in. Needless to say. I was highly disappointed and will never go back.

The place was very bad. I was waiting for 40 minutes to be served and the waitress never served us. Terrible place. I had to go to another place where they treated me very well.

I pulled up at 9 and they turned out the lights on me even though it says they are open until 10.

We loved it! I have been to different restaurants and this is the first restaurant in which I liked all my food. We were 7 people and we were all very satisfied with the food! ? Excellent service and very friendly staff!!!

Went there with my husband for lunch in the middle of our 6hr drive home a couple days ago. Customer service was terrible. I understand that you're short staffed, with one waitress and one cook, but the waitress was absolutely rude. We came in and waited for about 5 minutes before even seeing her, then had her tell us to sit wherever. 3 parties of 2-3 came in and sat down AFTER us, one of those parties of 2 I saw walk through the door as we were waiting to be seated. They ALLL received their food before we even received our CHEESE DIP. I didn't want to wait any longer because we were starving so I told my husband to pay so we could leave. Your waitress made us pay for the cheese dip just because she placed it on our table. She literally placed it on there and walked away before we got the chance to say we didn't want it, yet she made us pay for something we didn't want anymore. We were at the restaurant for 40+ minutes, and only received chips, salsa, our drinks, and then cheese dip at the 40ish min mark after everyone received their entire entrees. She told me that everyone she served before us came in before us, but that's not true. I literally sat there and watched as everyone else came in around the same time, AFTER ME, aside from the two guys I saw walk through the door not too long after me. She had the audacity to tell us we weren't even that hungry anyways after she made us pay for the cheese. Please retrain your staff, as that was the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. She's ghetto, unprofessional, and unqualified. If she had served us in the order that we came in, I'd have had no issues. But to see people who walked in and sat down after we did, get served AND pretty much finish their entire meal before we were even served an "appetizer" was very frustrating and upsetting.

Went here to get a bite to eat with my Friends. We ordered guacamole (it was NOT WHAT I ORDERED! it didn’t come with ANYTHING in it, just avocado smashed up soo do not get that!) and cheese dip . That night MY FRIENDS AND I HAD FOOD POISONING!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a horrible experience!!! Pablo maya you need to clean your kitchen!
