I went to Subway in Tuskegee on multiple occasions. Our welcome was amazing. Great ppl but OUR FOOD WAS FIXED RIGHT BUT OUR BREAD WAS HARD AS A BRICK. I HAD TAKE THE STUFF OFF OF MY SUB BREAD AND PUT IT ON LIGHT BREAD. THAT IS A SHAME. IM SCARED TO GO TO SUBWAY ALL BECAUSE OF THE BREAD BEING HARD AND NOT EDIBLE 😔😔😔

I go to subway in Tuskegee every week I get three footlongs well never had a problem till tonight I ordered two meatballs subs one toasted one not they toasted both topping wrong what the hell I am mad

Hey this is april from Tuskegee alabama I placed and order on line and what I ordered was a #30 that contains all the meats but bacon that is was the person told me before I placed my order so when my sandwich got to me I checked it they didn't put all the meat on there that I paid for nor the cheese I still have the sandwich here and I have been calling and calling no answer and the sandwich was $9 and some change but they charge me $19.30 and I don't stay that far from them and it took a long time before I got my food that was not right how would you get my order wrong,I know all there is to know about subway and how to make a dang sandwich make it make sense PLEASE..and please tell them do not take any extra money off my card

I am not sure what to say about my experience with subway. I would love to talk to a manager about a refund because I didn't get my online order ( because nothing was available. No chicken, bacon, bread, cookies, nothing) and when I tried to get help canceling my order the manager was available and a young lady hung the phone up in my face. I have tried to contact subway online with 2 emails and nothing. I have called subway for 3 days and I still haven't gotten any results. I even tried to call a few others and speak to managers for help and they could help and received harsh attitudes as well, just asking for help. I literally just want my money back that's it. Please contact Me. Thanks.

I'm happy to see that Subway is back open. However, the hours are inconsistent. If I go today at 3 p.m. during a weekday, they may not be open at all the next day or until the time that's publicized on their door.Food: my food was fresh & delicious. I am a big Subway fan, but can't quite get hooked here because of....Service: Despite the inconsistent store hours, I don't think the hired staff really wants their job. There were 3 young ladies working one evening. Only one spoke as I entered although I spoke to everyone. Only one took my initial order (Bread, type of sandwich, toast or not). She put the sandwich in the toaster oven & walked to the floor, sat at a table and got on her phone. Then, the next young lady put her phone down, then got up and walked behind the counter to finish the order with the cold ingredients & sauces +checkout.Overall, they weren't rude, but you can tell it's not in their heart to be in customer service.Make the hours consistent (whether short or not) & training the employees for the face to face service and this will be updated to 5 stars!!!

Very poor management, and mean very poor. The manager walking from the back to front not helping her team. But just looking at a long line of customers and not helping out. It took me 20 minutes and I just the 4th person in line.The only good thing was they put more meat on your sandwiches. It will be a very long time before I come back. If I do I will peep through the wind I w just to see if the same people are still working.

The food was good and the service was good once you could get it. The wait was long. They only had 1 person working. Eventually (after 15-20 minutes) someone showed up to help then even after questioning the pricing of an item I was told it was correct but was overcharged. Overall, it was not the best experience.

Horrible experience. The staff aren't taking the pandemic seriously. They don't want to wash their hands,or wear a mask. Additional training may be needed.

they were very slow and charged me 17$ for a 6 inch sandwich which was not right bc my friend got the same thing and it was 9$. food was good though
