One of the worst experiences ever. We ordered our food 15 minutes before we got there and I walked in and asked for our order. And they said we are working on it. 10 minutes later they are still working on it. The girl that was making the orders looks like she didn’t know what are where she was. And 2 other people were also waiting. Then 3 customers came in to order food, and they said we one who looked like she didn’t know how to read orders would not look towards the register. 3 people walked out. One of the guys who has been waiting 48 minutes for his order finally got his. So . I asked if my order was ready and the girl rolled her eyes and continued to look confused about what to do. Mean while one of the cooks went to the bathroom 3 times to the bathroom while people was waiting on the food after asking several times for my order I went out to the car to tell my wife we needed to just get a refund and then she goes in and asked to get a refund and then they said oh we are sorry we had it in the back. So 40 minutes to get a simple order. We will never come back to this Burger King again. And we also had a 4 piece chicken nugget that they never gave us. At that point we were not about to go back in to get them.

Cashiers dont listen to your order..my orders have been incorrect more than once.... I wish they would hire competent employees smh

The food was wrong, and I tried to call them multiple times, but no one would answer the phone. I drive almost an hour to work, so I didn't realize the food was wrong until I was down the interstate and didn't have time to turn around. They didn't give me a receipt and made me wait at the back window until my food was ready just to give me the wrong food.

Burger King in the Valley is by far the worst….. roll up at the drive through at 6:10 am and the the drive through is closed two employees were standing outside smoking so I ask them why are they closed she replies “ no one wants too work 🤔 well why are you outside 10 minutes after you open!! I thought McDonalds was bad but they take the cake 💯

Got to the drive thru at 10:22 where I sat for 10 minutes and changed the menu to the day menu. Sat for a couple of minutes more before going inside where I stood for another 5 minutes before the manager came to the counter and told me and the other customers that we needed to be patient. No one had said anything up to this point. Though I was first in line she gave two other customers their meals.
Overall not a great experience. For some reason I also had an additional burger in my bag that I didn't order- was not charged for it.

Every time I go to this Burger King they have you waiting at the drive through and to order for at least 20 minutes. Please hire more people or something. This is ridiculous.

Worst experience ever ! I chose to go in because drive through was super busy, after assessing the line and worker's I could clearly see they were short staffed and doing the best they could I did wait in line over 20 minutes to put in my to go order, I noticed the manager in the office for a while while waiting in line, once the manager came out and punched a few buttons on the register her demeanor changed, Then she started speaking in a louder voice about call outs and being short staffed ,Just a minute later I hear her from the back of the house fussing with a employee. After ordering my food I look to my right and I see the manager outside smoking a cigarette while talking to a customer. This was the worst experience I have ever had and the most unprofessional experience. How can a manager complain to customers about being short staffed but leave them hanging when they are busy? I definitely will not return to this BK .My order was perfect but management ruined it for me.
