Stopped by yesterday for breakfast while traveling back to Florida and this is a wonderful CFA! It’s a beautiful location, the playground is great for kids, and we had the chance to meet the owner and his family, who were very welcoming. We will definitely stop by again on our next road trip!

The only Chick-fil-A I've ever seen with only 5 cars in drive through and I'm the only person inside but still had to wait several minutes for 2 sandwiches only. But it was great, clean and friendly service as always at Chick-fil-A.

Now I understand i came 5 minutes till 9:00 p.m. which is closing time on 10/11/2025,but to get out my car walk up hand my cold fries over to employee was looked at as if I was crazy by who I assume was a member of management I said yea they cold touch them they literally had no heat. I then was asked did I want them back because all fries were dumped? cool I said ok took cold fries like dang no hey let us take your name and when you return we will replace your fries or any other offer,or maybe let us cook you some descent fries stuff way to expensive to get food that's not even room temperature!

I eat at Chick Fil A regularly. I normally eat at the Tiger Town location (Opelika, Alabama). Today, since I was in the area of Valley, Alabama, I decided to drop in for a salad for lunch. I asked for a market salad with the grilled chicken on the side. I do not wish to have the hot chicken on top of my lettuce considering that I will not eat lunch for another three or four hours after purchasing. In Opelika, this has never been an issue and my chicken is on the side as requested. Valley's Chick Fil A wanted to charge me $4.00+ to put grilled chicken in a small cup. I am not against an additional $ .50 or perhaps $1.00 but $4.00?? I don't frequently visit this location and this has been a deciding factor that I will not make it a priority to do so again.

This Chick-fil-A shares the top notch customer service that is expected from the franchise. Good tasty option when you want something other than a fast food burger
This is the most nastiest chick fil a. 1st time i was there the nuggets were bleeding tried their grilled chicken sandwich today and it was awful and had this horrendous smell as if something is going on in the kitchen. Would not recommend. Food safety seems to be an issue.

Yet another Chick-fil-A you shouldn't order a salad from. I ordered one, but it was so bad that I took it back. Now the manager was super polite and gave me another, but it was only marginally better. So I was forced to settle for something I really didn't want. I should have insisted on getting my money back and going elsewhere, but like I said earlier management was overly nice and I settle. What can I say about the Atmosphere, it's a Chick-fil-A if you have been in one you should know what it is like. It's clean and nice.

This Chick-fil-A needs to visit other Chick-fil-As to see how theyre typically ran. Ive ate here often, and have had to wait on my food on average 12-15 mins every time, even with no crowd. The food is okay, but i dont think waiting 15 minutes for fast food is okay.
