Amazing BBQ, fast efficient quick service. Stopped in off of I-85 from a road trip returning to Gulf Shores area from a concert. Pleasantly surprised. Picked it by southern rules: 1 pig on sign, 2 anamorphic pig happy to serve BBQ pork, 3 less than 10 parking spots. Two thumbs up.

We were camping nearby and decided to try their BBQ even though it had many mixed reviews. We were very pleased with our entire meal. I had the chopped pork on baked potato for 7.79 and a side of really yummy cole slaw. I like finely chopped Cole slaw slightly sweet, and this was perfect! My husband had the chopped pork and chunky pork plate with beans and potato salad, $12.95 or so. He thought his entire meal was delicious, but he really liked the potato salad. We then had a piece of coconut pie and pecan pie for dessert, both of which were delicious and baked just right. I drank some good ole southern sweet tea made fresh-- nice and sweet. (If you aren't southern, you may find it too sweet, but down here we like it like that!!) We eat a lot of BBQ, and this place was worth going to. I like that you ordered at the counter and served yourself drinks, so tipping waitresses wasn't necessary.

The food was good but the service took forever and we were the only people in line. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the window to collect our money. I ordered a large tea which apparently they don't have large size drinks which is fine but I would've paid for two if they had mentioned they only had one size before I had already paid for my food.
