Today was a horrible day for customer service. The lady taking my order already had an attitude, I get to the window and she’s on a personal phone call. She asked me about 5-6 times what drinks did I have and kept telling the person on the phone to hold on a second. I had a total of 6 drinks and when I asked for a cup holder, she banged her fist on the countertop and told the person on the phone to hold on again. I asked if I was inconveniencing her by asking for a cup holder during her phone call. She then got an attitude and asked someone where my food was. She rudely closed the window in my face while I was talking to her. When she gave me my food, she said “bye hoe” and I backed up to ask what she said and she said that she said “bye honey”.. it was a HORRIBLE experience! Please have better people with better attitudes working.

It was 4 of us that went to church's chicken in Valley Al and it was DELICIOUS. CHICKEN WAS HOT AND FRESH. WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY RETURN.

Listen! It’s Oct 10th (1:21pm) & We’re here from FL due to hurricane Milton. Our first time in the area, we’re 4 cars deep about 17 people and they took care of us very well. I have eaten a lot of church's chicken and this 1 is my favorite! The food is always hot and fresh. I'm a trucker so my time is limited but they get me in and out quick. I always make it a point to stop by when I am this way

Preeti the drive thru person is unprofessional and disrespectful! If I come to the drive through again and she is there I will drive off.
They closed a hour early. Which is sad to see.
Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection! Kim made the experience even more pleasant!
