Zariah (sp?) is a doll. Very sweet and always has a smile and great attitude in the mornings. I’m very picky about my coffee…because I normally don’t drink coffee. They never laugh at me when I ask for 10 sugars and 10 creams. lol! Overall, they are all awesome. Highly recommend!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Ordered through the app from about 5 minutes away. Arrived at store and waited approximately 20 minutes behind two other cars in line. Finally arrived at the speaker, told them I’d ordered through the app, and was told to pull forward. Sat in line approximately another 20 minutes until I arrived at the window. Told the young lady I had ordered through the app. Apparently someone with the same first name as me had also ordered online and she tried to give me her order. This took another 10 minutes. I finally told her to forget about it and drove away, as I had a six hour drive ahead of me. So I wasted over 40 minutes and got nothing. She did tell me to “have a blessed day” so there’s that. I would avoid this location if I were you.

Swung by the Dunkin’ in Valley, AL — donuts were fluffy, coffee was rocket fuel, and the staff had me out of the drive-thru faster than my Wi-Fi disconnects. Solid 5 stars… this place proves you really can buy happiness for a couple bucks. ☕🍩😎

My original review, using Door Dash, is far too nice for the quality of food and service that I have received. Do not eat their food! I have been throwing up since it hit my stomach. I will never eat anything from there again. To top that off, their phone number is not even in service. So I can’t even tell them that they are poisoning people! Not only am I sick as Heck but now I’m pissed.
I come here every day and get drinks and a donut. Every time I come past lunch my drinks are horrible, it takes 5 minutes to get my 2 drinks even with no line. I ask them to be remade and they always seem to have an attitude.

Spent 20 minutes in the drive though line as the lobby was closed. Got pulled up to wait another 10 minutes. Got the food and half the order was wrong and so dry and burnt you couldn't eat it. $30 later lesson learned. Never Again. Every thing on 29 has gone to hell.

Got a half of a large for the price of a large all foam barley any actually coffee.. smh the price goes up everytime we go there and the product goes down

The absolute worst EVER! The order is never right, takes absolutely forever to get your order even if you order in advance and half the time you walk in you are ignored by employees speaking to their friends and having 1 person do all the work
