The employees are so very friendly and helpful. They smile and speak. Their service is fast and always right. I LOVE going there. I go almost every morning before work and lots of evenings after work.ive never had a problem there. The food is DELICIOUS. Love yall.

Went here last weekend around lunch time. I was debating between breakfast and lunch and ended up with lunch. I asked for the 2 piece dinner breast and wing with mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. The young lady stated it would be a 20 minute wait on hot fresh chicken. And when I say it was well worth the wait OMG! That was some of the best fried chicken I have ever ate. It was so Juicey, flavorful, fresh and crispy. I’m from Atlanta and drove down to visit My in laws in Alabama. When I visit Alabama from now on I will make it My business to stop by Jack’s to bring back some chicken. Awesome customer service, fresh food and reasonable prices. Come to Atlanta please! Lol

They’ll accidentally leave the window cracked and mock you without realizing you can hear them.
The cashiers should ask if you have any discounts that would apply, when you dine in as well as take out. We have missed so many discounts after telling the cashier it will be military discount but they do not apply it and we really dont notice until after the fact.
