First time at a Jack's. Very impressive menu and very taste food. Interior was upscale compared to other fast food establishments. We are traveling and we decided to give this a try and glad we did. We will try another as well.

The mashed potatoes and gravy were excellent. The biscuit was the best I have ever had. Coleslaw was ok. Chicken was a little dry. But we will be back to try other menu items. Maybe biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

The manager is awesome.. she has a great personality and it seems to have rubbed off on her entire staff. The food was good. Tables, floors and restrooms were clean. While there, I believe we had positive contact with every employee in the building.
