I DoorDash on the side to make an extra bit of cash, and sometimes the drive-thrus we go through are full of workers who just don’t care to be there! But tonight a sweet young lady named Lala was so sweet and made both of our jobs a little more enjoyable! She had so much energy and enthusiasm, I had a positive experience and it wasn’t even my food!! She even gave me a bottle of water as she knew I was out in the heat!! People like this, need to be appreciated deeply in this world!! Thank you Lala for being you and being awesome!

Imma be honest, I’ve been to a lot of kfcs and this one idk if I was just hungry but this one was my far the best one, juicy tender and flavorful

4 6 2025 -I ordered a 10 pc bucket with 2 sides and biscuits in the drive through for take out. 30.00 plus tax. When I got my receipt It said 10pc meal (5 or leg 5 or thigh). The sign said nothing about all dark meet in the drive through. Rediculous! I can't believe the price for 10 pcs of dark meat chicken. Last time I checked a chicken has equal parts of black and white meat and that use to be what you get in a bucket, NOT only that but the first thing I noticed was the chicken was a dark brown original recipe and it tasted like it was cooked in old Cooking oil. I tried to post a picture of the receipt but Google software would not let me upload the image. So I am back to Kroger where you get what you want for half the price, fresh never frozen chicken as well.

12/30: Ordered the 2 piece Taste of KFC deal for me and Mom, even got an extra order due to an awesome coupon online. Just wanted something hot and quick without getting in the kitchen. Thank you KFC for delivering yet again. I wish I would've gotten the name of the young lady at the window who gave me my bag of goodies. She was soo sweet and bubbly. It's rare in today's world to feel the good energy of a worker through the intercom even before you come face to face. Whoever you are dear you're a sweetheart. Please don't let anyone take your shine. Thanks team for making dinner easy!!!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Valley KFC! I placed an online order at 4:24pm, today, for pickup at 5:30 pm. When I walked in at 5:23, my order still had not come through into their system. After pulling my order up on my phone and showing them that I had paid for the Tuesday night special (8 pieces of dark meat for $10). The lobby had several people waiting on chicken to come out of the fryer and the drive thru was also full. A couple people came in from the drive thru that had been waiting for 30+ minutes. BUT….. the staff was kickin’ booty getting this chicken out as soon as possible to the people! They took great care of each one of us and the manager was SUPER ACCOMMODATING to each one!

So today July 25th I did an online order for pickup. When I get to the window the workers asking the manager where the order is. The manager who told her it's all ready to go. I asked her if the sauces were in there for the tenders. She said I don't know and ask the manager. The manager said oh no I don't think so. I told them what sauces I needed and they gave them to me. Now I order the meal which comes with eight pieces of chicken eight tenders it's supposed to have mashed potatoes and gravy coleslaw and biscuits and french fries. How come I get home and there's no french fries. I can't get anyone to answer the phone there's no way to leave a message on the app. I'm already home and undressed I don't want to go back down there. Now if the manager already had it packed and ready to go as a manager you should not be leaving stuff out. I'm annoyed by this because I paid good money. And I expected to get what I ordered.
