Food and customer service was great. But there are some inside issues that need to be taken care of. I’ve attached pictures of the inside roof just for starts.

It's so hard to find Krystals anymore and even harder to find one that not the worst service you've ever had. I don't know why Krystal's is destroying itself . That said, this one stands out as a shining beacon o.f light. It was clean. The staff was friendly, the food was ready quickly and made well. This it what every Krystal's should arrive to be

Fast, yummy, as expected. Never had a bad day at Krystal. Haven’t met anyone who has quite frankly. Got a five-pack for the road with a fresh sweet ice tea. Oh yeah!

They made me wait at the drive through for 30 mins.. when I finally go to the window to see why no one was answering me she said they are short staffed and can't take orders at the window. But it was a long line so I see why they don't have many locations anymore...sad

Put in an order on door dash at 12:30, they don't close until 2, they proceeded to never prepare my order. So I went up there at 2 for the manager to tell me to talk to door dash and walked away from the locked door, no apology or anything. Tried to talk to door dash and the virtual assistant won't refund anything except the $5 tip. Ridiculous.

Victoria was the sweetest, she was so kind to us from the time we walked in until we left! We are 1.5 hours from our home town but she made us feel right at home! Huge thank you to her she was amazing!! The world needs more Victoria's!!!
