They made me wait at the drive through for 30 mins.. when I finally go to the window to see why no one was answering me she said they are short staffed and can't take orders at the window. But it was a long line so I see why they don't have many locations anymore...sad

Put in an order on door dash at 12:30, they don't close until 2, they proceeded to never prepare my order. So I went up there at 2 for the manager to tell me to talk to door dash and walked away from the locked door, no apology or anything. Tried to talk to door dash and the virtual assistant won't refund anything except the $5 tip. Ridiculous.

Victoria was the sweetest, she was so kind to us from the time we walked in until we left! We are 1.5 hours from our home town but she made us feel right at home! Huge thank you to her she was amazing!! The world needs more Victoria's!!!

Went drive thru but order was correct and fries were good & HOT.
I waited in the drive thru for more than 35 minutes! There was only 1 other customer ahead of me. My food was hot and fresh but that wait was ridiculous.

If I could leave zero stars, I would, took 20 minutes to get to the window, with only 3 cars in front, no customers inside, took another 15 to get my food and the quality was poor when I received my food. Out of frustration and the idea that I could have to sit potentially another hour, I left without my order even being corrected ?????
Parking: The parking lot hasn't been updated, and the way that the drive thru is set up sucks. Poor condition for the whole establishment, in need of update desperately

What's up for lunch on the trip back from Atlanta and the food is disgusting. The meat was gray and lukewarm, fries were burnt and trying to bite through the chicken in my crystal chicks was like shoe leather only to find that the chicken inside the crust was half the size of the crust. This location continuously underwhelms so I figured it was time to leave a review. The facility is dirty and in desperate need of rehab and from the presentation and quality of the food I would imagine the staff does to. Do better Krystals, this was an absolute waste of $20.
