I just wanted to brag about how helpful and professional Sarah was yesterday when I came in. I have had a bad week with my mom in the hospital. I was trying to order 13 pizzas for the Valley soccer team. She took her time in helping me and figuring up how many I would need. I just wanted her to know how appreciative I was and she even told me she hoped my mom gets better as I left. That Just that made my day. I'm sure she could see how tired I was but she was smiling and so pleasant to be around.

I placed a mobile order and when I picked it up it wasn’t my order but I touched the pizza before I realized it wasn’t mine. I went back in and told the manager and she stuck it to the side and changed out the stickers on the pizza so she could give it to someone else. I will not be going back that’s so nasty!!

Ordered my usual order and when we got it home, we found one of our pizzas was dropped and yet they still gave it to us. We took it back to the store to show them and the manager on duty, she would not replace it saying it was our fault, even though my daughter heard one of the employees say " dang that pizza made it back". I called to speak to manager and she would not get hardly any words in and then hung up on me. What happened to the cusyomer is always right

We've been going to the little Caesars in Valley Alabama for 16 years now and have never had a problem until the last purchase in October when they refused to honor a online coupon and tonight 12/30/24. We got home with the pizza and when we opened the box it looked like they had dropped it but put it in the box anyway. We went drove a 16 mile round trip to show them how it looked and they refused to remake it and hung up on my husband when he called and asked for the manager.

The way I was treated last week was very unprofessional and y'all did not fully cook the Pizza y'all served me I have already filed a lawsuit I will have my refund or a fully cooked pizza if not I will move forward with this lawsuit I had to go to the hospital with severe food poisoning I don't like having to do things like this but I'm not letting this go and I will fall through with the lawsuit successfully

We ordered a pizza last weekend. It was not hot when it arrived. Just "warm". Very disappointed. The pizza was good though, but whoever delivered it must have let it sit on the counter or in their car too long. Sorry, but when you want fresh pizza delivered, you want it hot.

10/4/2024 Ordered 2 pizzas first off whoever answered the phone had the worst phone etiquette ive heard in a while . Anyways 1 pizza was with stuffed crust nope not stuffed ...second was ultimate deep dish supreme extra onions nope and way too much sauce ...not real sure who made it but no big deal we won't be back. I'd appreciate my 31 dollar refund though. This is the second order in a row this location got wrong.
