Beef tips were dry and tough and manager refused to take them off my ticket. Gravy tasted awful as well. Will not return!!

Bread with fresh chopped dipping oil was divine. Salad and dressing delicious. The lasagna was different. To me it had a lingering after taste of chili?

We were in town for a family reunion.we traveled from Florida and stayed at the Hampton inn and the lady that worked the front desk recommended this restaurant and i am glad she did! I would give 10 stars if i could.The waiter was awesome very fast service, the food was awesome for a good price and the peanut butter pie was the best I have ever had.would definitely return to this restaurant.

I was told by a friend that this location had great food. Upon entering the parking lot, I could not find any parking spaces marked Handicap. Then, to enter, I was forced to walk through second hand smoke from the outdoor dining area. The patrons in that area were smoking, while eating,( NASTY). The hostess seated us in a booth. The seat cushions were well used, to the point they resembled sitting on an old bed spring. The food here is good, with large portions and fresh ingredients. Our server Franky was the best part of our visit. He was knowledgeable of the menu, and we found that his personality made our evening great. It is evident that they need a manger with some common sense. The French Dip sandwich was presented with a tiny serving of au jus. Dipping it was like an elephant riding a tricycle, it just didn't work. Thanks to Franky he brought us a bowl to make dipping easier. I will come back, only because the food is terrific, but they need to update the seats, and not allow smoking on the patio area.

Great food in a fun atmosphere. Stopped by while in town for work and was not disappointed. My meal was delicious and everything that came from the kitchen looked quite good. Looked like a fun spot to hang out and get a good meal.

Service is not so hot but the food is good!

For the most part, the main dish was great as usual. The Ceasar salad was swimming in dressing to cover up brown edge lettuce. First bad thing was bread was brought out in a very small plastic bowl, not the usual ceramic larger bowl, drinks were brought out in small clear plastic cups, no small ceramic plates for appetizers. Kept hearing we have no clean dishes. Silver ware was dirty, so I dipped it in water glass and cleaned myself. Have been to Milano's a number of times, usually very excellent experience.

The a/c was not working in the area we sat in.

They were busy, and the waitress was not familiar with the items being served, especially the new menu items.
