I was very disappointed in the poor customer service. As I walked in, two employees were having a conversation about a local restaurant. I was not greeted with a hello, or a good morning. I was instead greeted with you “know what you’re having?”. As the employee made my drink the two employees continued their conversation and when she was done making my drink she sat it on the counter. No thank you, have a nice day or nothing. No pause in conversation, no greeting, salutation or friendliness.
