Horrible customer service. Rude. No Help at all. And if you make an online order that they choose not to make they still charge you. And the customer service on the website is no help at all either.

This restaurant has the worst management I have ever experienced. I ordered food through the subway app to have it delivered through a third party app(door dash). My order was canceled and I was told to call the store to find out why. Supposedly the drive canceled the order and when I called to request my refund I was told to contact door dash even though I did not order through there. I tried to explain to the manager multiple times that I did not order through door dash and that I would like a refund of the money I spent. She then started to yell at me when I requested my refund. So I hung up to call corporate. The manager then called me back 6 times to curse me out with the last time she told me she threw my food in the trash and good luck getting my refund. I have worked in fast food for years and I have never received or given this type of service. Highly unexceptable. Highly disrespectful. I will never order food from this store again with their rude customer service.
The food is really good just it takes FOREVER to get my food thru the drive thru with nobody in the line
Was out of almost everything. I understand things like this happen but to be rude in the process is unnecessary. Also ordered a sweet tea and was told it had been sitting out since this morning very disappointed.
Wonderful. Best staff ever. So polite and so sweet. Made the most delicious, thick, filling sub ever. Great service. Will always go here. I will recommend to everyone. Just wow great experience all around.

My adult daughter went to this Subway, Valley Ala. The order was a footlong (white bread) ham sandwich with white American cheese, lettuce, extra tomatoes, salt and oil
And another footlong (white bread) club with mayo and mustard.

This is what we got vs what she got instead.
The bread was so stale and hard
They had no cheese
The only lettuce was the white part of lettuce that majority of people would throw away
They would only put 6 tomatoes. All being about the size of a silver dollar and not ripe. Said they could not add more than that per sandwich
The saving grace was getting oil on the ham sandwich which softened the inside of the bread but the outside was very hard. I had also let the ham sandwich sit in the fridge for a couple+ hours with the hopes it would soften up the bread.
The club only had ham and turkey but was charged for a club.
Got charged for a 6” ham sandwich which was not even something that was ordered.
Was also charged a tip of $4.20. The entire bill was $42.27!
That is the first and last time getting food from that particular location.
And if anyone says my daughter should have said something about the veggies. She ordered via drive thru. I made several attempts trying to call but no one answered the phone.

First off, we need minus symbols before the stars on this visit. Disappointing enough that I will drive to Opelika or north to Lagrange before stopping here ever again. I spent over 80.00 for myself and a couple others. With the price gouging extremely high prices you would think that a Footlong Philly CHEESE Steak sub would have what???? 🧀 CHEESE!!! I requested toasted but lazy employees can't be bothered by how you want it,,, just take what they give you and consider yourself lucky. These people honestly think Patrons will continue to just throw away hard earned money to relieve food my 3 dogs turned down. The bread was So stale that I had to tear chunks out of it and still couldn't chew the bread, after paying a larger than normal inflated price I drive home to end up throwing all this food into its proper receptical, you got it,,,, the garbage runs tomorrow morning so why wait. I feel that my money was stolen from me in what I consider " Theft of NONE Services. " SOOOO Here's Your Sign!!! - * * * * *.

This location almost always messes up my order. They are VERY busy all the time. The food is acceptable, I do enjoy the footlong cookie...when they aren't out of it. They are almost always out of something due to the location being very busy.
There is another subway about 15 mins away I would recommend going to over this location if you can.

Always out of bread. Hours vary wildly from what's posted online. Only thing that seems consistent is the poor service.
