I placed a mobile order for pickup on 6/1/25 at about 12:40 am, I get to the store at approximately 12:51 am where 2 employees tell me they close at 12:55 and everything was shut down. They said I needed to cancel the order in the app but the app is not letting me do so. So now I am out of money and still hungry. I understand employees wanting to go home at the end of the night but if the hours say open till 1 am then I expect to be able to be served until then.

If I could leave a zero start I would! I never order myself a treat today I thought why not. I asked for a chocolate frosty brownie batter swirl. I get to the window I noticed it was not chocolate but vanilla. I asked them to fix it the lady at the window grabbed it and said sure only to come back with the same thing .

Had no ice machine working no backup plan for that hot drinks. No condiments. Ate in and waited 5 minutes just to be waited on and 20 for simple combo order. No one in front of me in line so not that busy all 4 employees just doing drive thru. When asked manger reply was we are working on it. Piss poor run.

One of the worst Wendy’s I been to. Every time I asked for something’ looks like we don’t have any’ All the drinks were stale. Had to go across to the McDonald’s to have a decent drink. Cashier was nice and had a good attitude
