I’ve never seen such as this. Stopped for a quick bite and bathroom break. When we walked in this idiot was standing at the register talking smack with the cashier. Went to bathroom and came out he’s still there. He’s ordered but he hasn’t paid. They say there talking crap to each other like old friends for 10 minutes while I stood there. Finally just left. Never did get to order.

Ordered through the mobile app. When I finally got the food it was not right. Waited 20 mins after I got to the restaurant for pickup. No ketchup on the burger I ordered and added pickles to my chicken sandwich and only got one small piece. Was supposed to have tomato on it and only came with half a slice. Service was slow and non caring about any of the food or wait times. Then after waiting that long I was told that the frosty machine was down. They were out of almost everything as well. Will not be back for the foreseeable future.

In previous months, Wendy’s had a few unfavorable posts, but today I can honestly say they’re doing better with customer service. I had an issue with my order, and the crew handled it quickly and professionally with no problem at all.

Giving credit where it’s due—great improvement! 👏🏽

Slow service, no large chili bowls, no crackers, no regular spoons. Employees don't acknowledge for a lengthy period of time. Only 2 other customers in the place. What has happened to this chain. Had similar issues in other Wendy's.

Went through drive thru got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit it's was barely warm got a sausage and gravy biscuit it was cold to the touch no lids for coffee highly unsatisfied and the sausage gravy biscuits literally had a half a sausage patty in it barely any gravy will not be going back

Went to Wendy's last night (10-19-25 around 6:30 pm) and the food was not fresh, the manager and employees were playing around. I ordered two Dave doubles all that came on them was two pieces of meat, cheese, and onions and also ordered two large fries, and a double stack biggie bag and none of it was fresh. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for at least a few hours. I spent $35 and just threw the junk away because it wasn't worth eating. It was dried out and I called this morning to talk to a manager and got told he wasn't there. My daughter in law used to work there and she said that you have to have a manager there to clock in and serve customers but that's Valley Alabama for you. Very dissatisfied customer.

Wendys is a joke at the moment. just while sitting in the drive through 5-6 cars pulled off im sitting at the place to to order waiting 10 minutes just sitting in that spot and i was telling the person with me it’s ridiculous we’re having to wait so long with no cars in the drive through the woman couldnt take our order but could come on the intercom to inform us only 2 employees were there with a attitude and continued to make us wait so we pulled off as well their attitudes are awfulll everytime you go there at this point the place just needs shut down
