Had no ice machine working no backup plan for that hot drinks. No condiments. Ate in and waited 5 minutes just to be waited on and 20 for simple combo order. No one in front of me in line so not that busy all 4 employees just doing drive thru. When asked manger reply was we are working on it. Piss poor run.

I arrived at 11:00 pm. The hours posted online and on the window said they didn’t close until 1:00 am. No one was there. It’s sad how fast this location has went downhill.
Went to drive through and they said they were close 3 hours before they are supposed to close ridiculous ppl just don't want to do their job and be lazy what a shame 😠

I'm sick of this Wendy's EVERY TIME I come here in the last 2 WEEKS ( door dasher), they say they are closed or out of everything. It was literally 7pm when they told me they were closed. Then the next day I come to pick up a single cookie for any order and she tells me they are closed and out of cookies. Just permanently close for real.
