It took about 20 minutes to get two standard hamburgers. The fries sat for about 15 minutes and were cold. The baconator had onions but no bacon. The restaurant was not busy.

Horrible experience Either the food was prepared already and placed in a frig, or it was from a previous order, but the burgers were cold, hard, and wet all over, the edge of the buns were wet from soaking up the moisture from the dry old looking vegies… the fries were cold, i ask for fresh fríes and it looked as if they drop old fries back into grease. Its took over 45 mins to get my order just to throw it away.

the bathrooms were not clean the floor very slippery. the staff was made aware. out of alot of things. seemed like they were just there no one addressed our concerns. the food was overcooked. baked potato and burger sub parr. the staff was aware and not one of them adressed and we were the only onnes in there for a good bit. so as someone from out of town i would not recommend or eat there again. also all tables were dirty so we cleaned our own table. not worth the pay today.

Employees were very nice. All of the food was cold and the cheese on the burgers wasn't melted. I usually don't complain. All of the food was there and they gave us plenty of sauces and stuff. It also may be because we got there around 3 pm.

We do not normally go to this Wendy’s as it’s been really horrible lately. We ended up going there tonight, the lady that took the order Shalaiah was very thorough. She made sure everything was right and she was extremely nice.

I purchased a classic chicken sandwich meal. I received a chicken patty just like the ones I purchased at the grocery store in the freezer section, and it was over cooked. The best part of the sandwich was the half of the bun with the mayo and pickles. They were out of Diet Coke, diet Dr Pepper so I got diet Root Beer but when I went back for a refill it was out as well. The best thing I can say is that the french fries were good.
There wasn’t any toilet paper in the women’s bathroom!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s (2901 20th Ave, Valley, AL). They were out of almost everything we tried to order — from chicken to lemonade to BBQ sauce. The staff blamed it on a shortage, but it’s the responsibility of ownership to make sure the store is properly stocked.

While I was waiting, a woman ahead of me had been waiting over 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. When she asked for a refund, the manager on duty told her it couldn’t be processed until the next day — no apology, no concern for her time.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and clearly in need of more training. This location needs serious attention from management if they want to retain customers.
