We order here about once a week. My teenager loves their wings. I stopped going here bc of the staff and it was always something. For the last couple of months, I have been placing online orders and picking them up. Every time our food is so delicious and the staff is everything you want in fast food places. I always call after placing my order bc it doesn't give me the option to tell them how I want my wings. They always have them perfect!! Me and my husband ate inside last weekend and our food and staff were excellent. Idk if there's been a new manager or what but I have a great experience every time I go in!
The service here is always lackluster. The man at the cash register mumbled so much I didn't know what he was saying. He didn't have answers to any of my questions. I watched him give the wrong food to a customer who proceeded to open the bag and pull out the food realizing it wasn't theirs and brought it back to him. He then gave it to the next customer after it had been touched by 2 other ppl. When I got mine, he had me check it to make sure it was actually right. They have an outside patio but you can't use it bc it's a safety hazard. The inside is much too small for more than 3 or for couples. The consistency of the food is questionable. Sometimes it's amazing, other times it's over cooked or under cooked. The fries are absolutely amazing, but when they are cooked poorly, it's an absolute travesty
