VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I’ve never felt so small in my life. My feelings are deeply hurt. If that employee still has a job after what just happened, tells me a lot about zaxbys. I went through the drive thru to grab a bite to eat. Ordered. Got to the window, it was incorrect. The person working at the window had ear buds in and a shower cap and She started yelling and told me that I didn’t order what I was asking for. So I asked for my card back. Then she slammed the glass window in my face and started yelling again. So I went inside and politely asked to speak to a manager. she kept yelling at me from the window and said she wasn’t apologizing to anyone. I was at the cashier. all the other employees ignored me. They said no manager is on sight. Needless to say. Not just this site but Zaxbys just lost a customer and no telling how many more after reading this review.

One of the most consistent Zaxbys I have been to. The food is always amazing. Customer is top notch and the men's restroom is always clean.

Tried the new Chicken Bacon and Ranch quesadilla it was great!

The food was good and fresh. The cashier was professional and friendly.

Fried pickles were tough as leather.

Ordered wings & things traditional wings, realized she didn’t ask what sauces once headed to window. Ask at what sauces are in the bag ranch & zaxbys ask for extra sauce can’t purchase extra sauce at window so I ask why she didn’t ask me about my sauces when I ordered. Left open food had boneless wings which I hate. Called back to speak with manager when she answered she was laughing & I told her about not asking what sauces I wanted she told “WE CANT READ YO MIND” & that it was ranch & Zax sauce which they give u anyway but it was not any Zax sauce just two ranche. Tried to explain I was told again WE CANT READ YOUR MIND” ! I was hung up on by manager & they would not answer when I called back! Rude, disrespectful, ghetto manager. Don’t spend your money where they don’t put the customer 1st!!!

Got a really big family meal and we got it as soon as we pulled up to the window they where really fast and we appreciate that

I ordered 3 salads and 2 finger meals when I left opelika area, ordered for pick up. Got there and sat for 20 minutes, after driving there, waiting for it to be ready. Listened to the workers fighting and arguing the entire time. No one has their crap together. There was one lady trying to rein everything in.

Absolutele garbage service. Tried to order extra zax sauce and they wouldn’t give it to me, wouldn’t even let me pay for extra. Ordered traditional wings, got boneless in the box. Tried to get them to fix it and they wouldn’t, had to pay for more wings to then get the correct traditional wings. What a bad look for the franchise.
