Always enjoy seeing friends at Bistro V and enjoy that several of the servers have been working there a long time.

Always a pleasure, the gumbo and oyster salad were delicious. The service was excellent, not intrusive. The beverage service was timely and the drinks tasty. Easy to make reservations and we enjoyed sitting in the bar area.

We chose inside seating-chairs are very comfy btw. Portions for both starters and entrees are extremely generous. My husband who never wants to try anywhere new is so glad we did and is looking forward to returning for the gumbo. Everything I had was delicious and I would order the same again, if not for all the other options on the menu that I want to try. Definitely adding Bistro V on our list of go-to restaurants.

Always a great meal at Bistro V! Whether it's a last minute lunch or a date night we are always happy with our choice.

We love Bistro V - the food is always great and the service is excellent. It is one of our “go tos”, along with Daniel George.

Food and service was very good. Dining room is crowded and tables near the entrance seem to always have someone standing over them since the foyer is too small to accommodate anyone waiting. We made a reservation but had to wait about ten minutes when a couple who did not have a reservation were seated ahead of us at a better table not located near the entrance. Staff was polite and receptive. Food arrived quickly. Can't beat the seafood heavy menu and the food is always excellent.

Great food and great service. The fact that the staff have been with them for a long period of time speaks volumes about not only the great food, but it's a great place to work. 5 star period

It has been some time since we had eaten at Bistro V, but they still have great food. Our server was super nice and very efficient. She greeted us warmly and found us a wine we loved. My husband got his fav, the roast beef sandwich and ate every bit. I finally decided on the turkey panini since I love the chutney. Unfortunately there was no berry cobbler so we passed on dessert. Nonetheless, it was a very pleasant lunch. We will again put Bistro V on our rotation of favorites.

The service and bread starter were good. The stacked tomato burrata appetizer was absolutely delicious. My husband got the seafood jambalaya - it was amazing- full of flavor. I got the crab cake and it was just okay. Very cakey, little crab. The sauce was delicious but the crab cake was disappointing for the place. Drinks were great. 4/5

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Bistro V on Thursday night. We ordered a drink then decided on baked oysters to share which were excellent. Then we ordered the short ribs, gnocchi bolognese, and the snapper with succotash. We had some leftovers for lunch the next day. Ashley was our server and was excellent! Highly recommend!

Food was delicious and the service was impeccable! I requested a table out of the way for 5 to celebrate my Mom's birthday. They gave us a table in a back corner and the young ladies that waited on our table were very kind and very professional! Everyone remarked on how wonderful the meal was from start to finish! A perfect birthday dinner!

The food was disappointing. I have dined here over 5 years.... The last 3 times have been extremely disappointing. The quality of the food is an issue. The bread served at one time was a focaccia, now it has been an Italian roll in a pool of melted yellow butter. I ordered a jambalaya risotto with scallops, corn, mushrooms- cream base - it was cold , the cream base tasted like a dollop of sour cream with a can of sweet corn mixed in risotto, 3 scallops-Very good, the mushrooms - very good My friend ordered the Paella with shrimp, clams, and a very fine crumbled sausage- that tasted like hamburger meat(?) . For the price @$35 a plate - not worth it.

Creative food preparation and presentation. Good variety of menu choices. Very good service. I liked it a lot!

We were seated promptly and our waitress arrived right away. I was concerned that our table was in the middle of the restaurant since previous experiences have been quite noisy. That was not the case this evening, the noise level was very manageable. One of the party was a vegetarian and the waitress had answers ready to address this issue. All of our party-3 adults- were very pleased with the food which came after a short wait. The waitress was very congenial and helpful without hovering. Overall it was a great experience.

Excellent place to dine, whether lunch or dinner! Food is always superb, and wait staff most attentive & accommodating. The noise level was high when we went while sitting near the bar. Maybe to be expected but just an FYI. We like to visit while dining. Bravo to the chef(s) for another fantastic meal! We ordered chicken Marsala, grouper, & chicken scaloppini picatto. All were excellent!
