Always a wonderful experience at Bistro V. Booked a last minute reservation for two, my son and me. Usually packed on Friday but got a spot! So good. Our table had view of the open kitchen. Had pleasure of watching the chef and his staff work their magic. Amber was our server and she is always great. We enjoyed baked oysters and fried green tomatoes for appetizers. Paella and Grilled snapper for our entrees. My family's go to for a great meal, always.

The food was great, and our server was very good and attentive to our needs. I believe almost $50 was too much to pay for a lunch portion with water to drink. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, everything about Bistro V is wonderful.

I love Bistro V! Nick was our server and he did a fantastic job! The salads are always delicious and the fries came out extra crispy, just the way we like them! Emily, the owner, also came and talked to us for a while and we always enjoy her company as well. I can't wait to come back!

Our favorite place for gatherings with friends for great food and service. Ashley, as always, a super server and the best at recommendations. The best oysters any way and the fried chicken livers, but anything on the menu is great.
The service was great but my crab cake was not good ; it was mushy inside! Fried green tomatoes were good though !
