I gave 4 stars because the food wasn't to my liking, of course we ate all of it we paid for it and we do not throw away food, but it was fresh and hot. Our server Faith was a sweetheart?♀️ and very kind when I asked for more butter,she brung it right on out. The atmosphere gives off a vintage smooth free vibe,which was superb and we loved it. I do recommend this restaurant to others, it's just we are huge seasoning lovers and we love to try different places and styles of food so we gave this place a shot. This restaurant is excellent for dining so go check it out.

My first time visiting this establishment. The food was fresh and delicious. The service could be improved. It took the server about 20 minutes to take our orders. The food took about 30 minutes. The restaurant has that fresh fish smell that I usually can’t stomach, but after a while, I could no longer smell it. The atmosphere was like being in a room of everyone talking loudly; I can’t remember if there was music playing in the background or not. Overall, I would definitely go back for the food!

Red snapper was great. Moist, tender with outer crispness (not battered). Mashed potatoes & grilled asparagus awsome. Spouse had fried oysters, tasted fresh. We will go again. Calamari appetizer was good too.

Started with the chicken and sausage gumbo and the boudin balls. The gumbo was absolutely delicious and the boudin balls were excellent. They had a little bite to them which I really enjoyed. Then went with the etouffee and it was just as delicious. I had to add a little crystal hot sauce to mine, but I normally do that any way. Our server was great, efficient and very sweet. Will definitely be going back. A great place to have lunch on Fat Tuesday. They also had 5.99 hurricanes but I was with my boss so respectfully declined. I really wanted on though.
