This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Used the mobile app to order and waited for 30 minutes while everyone else’s name was called. I asked about my order and they went and got it from a pick up table from the back of the store. I asked the manager why everyone else’s name was being called, but mine was taken to a pick up table in the back and not handed to me like everyone else. There was another lady that was in the same predicament, and by the time they got us our food, my food was cold and her milkshake was melted. The manager on duty did not seem to care at all. Will never return to this location.

I have been to this location and had excellent service so many times before but this most recent one will be the last visit by me. My meal was incorrect, it was a drive thru order so unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home. When my husband returned to get it fixed the manager Sam, who we had already seen yell at another couple, Sam refused to help because the majority of the order was correct. He said it wasn't policy to replace food. I called after my husband returned home and asked to speak with him. I informed him I had been a CFA employee for years and knew that the "policy" he was referring to did not exist, so I simply asked for it to be fixed. He accused me of "berating" him and then hung up on me. I called back to apologize if it sounded like I was being rude but he continued by say "what exactly can I do to make you happy?" in a very rude tone. I said I just wanted fresh food. He responded with "thats not policy and I am too busy with dinner rush to continue this" and then he hung up again. It was 7:45pm. Dinner rush was long over. Needless to say CFA Cahaba Heights just lost a long time and loyal customer.

Finally found a Chick-fil-A store in Birmingham with play area for the kids. Took us a few tries to different stores. It was a wonderful spot for the kids. The store isn’t as clean as expected, the bathroom itself is clean.Food is always good, service was okay.Grateful they have the play area!

Has anyone ever noticed that the Mow and blow folks work on Sunday. The day that Chick-fil-A is attimate that folks don't work on Sunday. Can't find a verse in Bible that says that these workers are allowed to work on Sunday. This happens EVERY SUNDAY at every Chick-fil-A!! Total hypocrisy from what they preach??

Usually known for their timeliness, this CFA undoubtedly has the slowest drive-through this side of the Cahaba.

Went at a busy time, and the drive thru moved at a good pace. We had two separate orders in my car and that somehow threw their whole system out of wack. They ended up giving us the wrong order, even though we said “all we’re missing is an 8 piece nugget and a water”. The icing on the cake was that the food was cold, which is alarming because in my experience, when a place is busy, that’s the best chance at getting fresh made food. Never had any sort of confusion or problems with food quality at ANY other Chick-fil-a location I’ve been to across Alabama or Georgia. Not sure if it’s a management problem or what, but I had already heard of issues with this Chick-fil-a specifically and it’s disheartening to experience it first hand.
