One young lady had her hair down... very long... no hair net... I asked for a fork and it was handed to me with the cashier touching the part I would put in my mouth... she got an attitude when I asked for another fork... horrible service

Today I witness a young lady come in to complaining that no meat was added to her order, the reaction from the staff was hideous, they said she was lying, they yelled at her, a male staff member came out from the back of the store and threatening to physical throw her out the store and then followed her to her car. Then they called the police on her. They young lady was not being rude from what I saw! I will never visit here again and I urge everyone to at least check your order before you leave. Corporate Please Watch the Tapes and reprimand your staff, as this was a shame, The one time I leave my phone unable to record. This poor baby ending up with no food and no refund. They took the food to see if they saw meat in it, which they did not. Next, they said it look like it had been eaten out of, like wow thats because they just played in it, looking for meat that was not there. Sad sad on Juneteenth.

Came in today for a quick lunch break. Store was a bit busy but nothing crazy or unexpected at 1pm. The food was good as expected, tasted great and the lady who made my bowl was a pleasure to interact with. However, the shift manager on duty was witnessed having a HORRIBLE and quite frankly disgusting attitude towards her fellow team members, using profanity and a tone laced with negativity and combativeness. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. One of the team members told me her name was something along the lines of Kila or Kiah. Regardless, it made no sense to me why she was talking to and interacting with her fellow coworkers in this manners. It made me feel really bad for the rest of them. She needs to be demoted or seriously spoken to by corporate or someone in charge because in my opinion someone with this sort of behavior at work should never EVER be in a management style position.

First time going and won't be back. The food was bland. Tortilla chips were stale eating area dirty and the restaurant had a very bad smell. Don't know how they pass health inspection. Very nasty

I watched over 15 customers walk out today due to the kitchen staff waiting until the most popular rice was completely out before making more. No one likes the brown rice. The staff then said it would be 20 minutes for more white rice to be made and then after 25 minutes pass, you tell new entering customers it would be a 35 minute wait. The current shift of staff may not care today, but upper management will not be thrilled that countless $$$$$$$$$ walked out the door to other food locations. There is no excuse for having unorganized lack of time management.

Best Chipotle in Birmingham! I will drive to this location, passing all the others. You’re immediately greeted upon arrival, and the atmosphere and cleanliness are top tier! I was able to try the new brisket before deciding if I wanted it (they actually care and show they were properly trained), and let’s just say they aren’t stingy. I didn’t have to ask or beg for extra anything. I love this location so much that I had to leave a review this time—they always go above and beyond!

I drove seven minutes out of my way and passed to chipotle just to go to this location because of the service reviews. I wanted Good service. When I came there, I did not get greeted and when I said hello, there was no response back. The whole entire time they were no interaction other than being racist. I said I would like black beans twice and I guess she didn’t hear me and she said it’s OK for you to say black jokingly. I said have a good day no response. Then two other groups of people come in after I sit down to eat And she treats them with respect and I totally different attitude. I expect the same service from everyone. The whole entire time I was eating all I heard in the background was cussing
