We order bagel, muffins, and coffee. Unfortunately the coffee it’s taste really bad, and we order a hot chocolate (kids temperature) they make it really hot and taste really sweet to, can’t even enjoy it.

Overstimulating atmosphere and workers seemed frustrated when we tried to order. Coffee was not good at all. So strange...

Used to be a great place. First time back in a while, and it was filthy. No one walks around to clean surfaces after customers leave. Oil/grease covers everything. The ceilings were covered in dust and oil as well.

Food was meh. We got the jalapeño bagel and tasted 1 jalapeño throughout it.

Service was friendly, but inefficient. An associate takes your order at the beginning of the line, but doesn't enter it into a kiosk. You then have to explain your order again to a different associate at the end of the line.

None of the employees seem happy to be there. They put WAY too much cream cheese on their bagels, even when I ask for just a light spread. They just can't handle the large crowds on Saturday mornings.

The Cahaba Heights location is a great spot for a morning business breakfast. Although the inside can get somewhat loud, there is plenty of seating and of course the food is top notch.

...never to return.

We ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. The bagels were very chewy and cold! The cashier was not kind and felt like it was an inconvenience to serve anyone!

Tried this place for breakfast. We ordered several breakfast sandwiches but I ordered the sausage biscuit with American cheese and sausage. The biscuit was huge but unfortunately to me was very bland and a little dense. While I do appreciate big sandwiches, the biscuit’s blandness overtook the sausage egg and cheese. You could barely find the flavors of the rest of the sandwich. The scrambled egg on my sandwich also seemed to lack any seasoning whatsoever. My biggest complaint is that I ordered an extra side of sausage that we paid an additional $2.50 that they failed to put in my togo bag. Obviously, biscuits are not their specialty since they are the Crestline Bagel Company but because of the missing sausage that was ordered and blandness of ingredients, this will be a one-timer for me.

Good bagles and variety of cream cheeses. Especially love the atmosphere of the garden store adjacent.
