Once again, Crestline bagel delivered. The food is excellent and the environment with the plants and flowers was perfect. The food reminds me of mornings in New York City.

We order bagel, muffins, and coffee. Unfortunately the coffee it’s taste really bad, and we order a hot chocolate (kids temperature) they make it really hot and taste really sweet to, can’t even enjoy it.

Used to be a great place. First time back in a while, and it was filthy. No one walks around to clean surfaces after customers leave. Oil/grease covers everything. The ceilings were covered in dust and oil as well.

Food was meh. We got the jalapeño bagel and tasted 1 jalapeño throughout it.

Service was friendly, but inefficient. An associate takes your order at the beginning of the line, but doesn't enter it into a kiosk. You then have to explain your order again to a different associate at the end of the line.

The Cahaba Heights location is a great spot for a morning business breakfast. Although the inside can get somewhat loud, there is plenty of seating and of course the food is top notch.

::: looks at about 100 bagels behind cashier - No response from cashier :::

Me: Alrighty then...

...never to return.

We ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. The bagels were very chewy and cold! The cashier was not kind and felt like it was an inconvenience to serve anyone!
