If you're looking for delicious and flavorful pizza, crisp salads, and excellent service, look no further. Rachael was friendly and helpful with our catering order, and delivery was prompt and efficient.

We had a catering order for my organization, GirlSpring, for our SHE Camp comedy and improv camp, and it was wonderful!! I have been a big fan of Davenport's pizza for over 40 years, but this was my first catering experience. We had 30 girls and got pizza and salad. The salad came with lots of toppings and 2 types of dressing on the side, and I don't know what it was about the salad, but it was delicious! some of the girls at our camp had food allergies, and we kept having to change our order to add gluten free and some cheese allergies, and Davenport's was super accomodating AND nice about it. I cannot recommend enough!

THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT HOWEVER THE SERVICE WAS LESS THAN PAR. THE WAITRESS NEVER CAME BACK TO ASK HOW THE FOOD WAS OR TO REFILL OUR SODA AND WATER. I WILL GO BACK TO THE MOUNTAIN BROOK LOCATION. THIS WAS THIS PAST SUNDAY AFTERNOON AROUND 4PM. SHE WAS ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT IMPRESSING THE OWNERS WHO WERE EATING IN THE NEXT ROOM. DON'T GET ME WRONG WE LOVE DAVENPORT'S BUT THIS LOCATION ISN'T ON PAR WITH THE ORIGINAL LOCATION.

Young person who took my order then proceeded to sit down and talk to her friend. Did not even bring my food to me. Did not refill my drink one time (thank you to her colleague who did!).
Finally asked how it was when I had gotten done w/my food and sat unattended for an uncomfortable amount of time. I learned long ago to take care of those who serve at restaurants. I always tip at least 30%. This is the first time in my memory I actually left a tip well under 20%, yet, I still feel it was more than she had earned.
Rant done. I won’t return.
A wonderful place to grab pizza. I grew up out of town so I had never had Davenport's growing up, but I married into a family of Davenport fiends, who have been fans for generations. I truly love this place it's great for grabbing a quick bite and a cold beer. If I want a crispy thin crust Davenport's is my first and only choice.

Wonderful experience (as usual) at Davenport’s Vestavia. Our server tonight inspired me to write this review because he was so helpful and informative. Kevron was our server. We sat outside and the staff was totally fine with us getting margaritas from another restaurant but Kevron also politely informed me about the margaritas at Davenport’s we didn’t even know about. Will be trying those next time. He spoke highly of management. He let me know that several items were hand made daily and I never knew this after years of eating at Davenport’s. We love the games, they always work. Fun for the whole family. Thank you Davenport’s and Kevron!

I have eaten gas station pizza that was better than what I had here.
Only thing good about place was the plaza and the surrounding area where peoople could spend time out doors.
