Domino's Pizza

I have no idea what happened here. I used to order here all the time and they were lightning fast, kind, and tastes great. Last night I tried to order and figured it would be ready in 30-45 minutes, so got there around 45 minutes after I placed an order. They were slammed, 10+ people all waiting, and you could tell they were impatient. I went up to the counter to ask when my order would be ready, they said they don’t know and to check the board. The board didn’t have my name on it. They then said that means it’d be at least 30 minutes. Okay, I’ll just cancel my order then. Got a ton of attitude about how many orders they have and how understaffed they are, and look, I get it, that’s stressful, but that doesn’t give you an excuse to yell and be rude to your customers. There’s not a lot of other options around here for pizza, but I’ll get a frozen pizza from Publix and cook it myself before enabling that type of behavior from staff at a restaurant again.

Called in an order and they said they never turned it in and wanted us to wait in a long line to place the order again probably would be an hour wait! Very frustrating and unprofessional! Will not use them again!

I wish there were a way to give negative stars.

Never go by what the app says for a delivery time. It’s typically at least 30 minutes late and I have had an order be as much as an hour and 40 minutes past the stated delivery time. The workers are usually rude when you call to question where the order is and they complain about being understaffed and not having enough drivers.

We order a large pepperoni pizza from this location. Got home and luckily only 5 minutes away and instead of a full large pepperoni pizza it was a half eaten pizza with only 4 slices.

Should have checked before we left but they should not be giving out half eaten pizzas

My preferred Domino's.
First off, it's Domino's. My culinary expectations aren't that high for simple pizza, but I do prefer Domino's pizza to all the other national chains (Sam's Club is up there, but loses points on convenience).
Liberty Park Domino's has been consistent with service & food, and earned a 5th star with an unsolicited free pizza for a slow delivery (it was a while, and they offered comps before I could complain).
I'll stick with Liberty Park Domino's over other locations & brands when the goal is only simple pizza (which is the usual pizza)

I ordered a pizza for delivery during their published hours. The charged me for it. I got a call from the store informing me that they were closed. I asked for the manager. She refused to give her name, got really nasty and hung up.

Live right up the road and love this business. Wings and things were cold though only 5 mins away! 😭 Luckily dominos sent a free pizza in app w/o me even doing anything. Much appreciated.

I ordered a pizza ? tonight for the Alabama/South Florida football game. Now, I am at a different location tonight and not ordering from my house, which is usually where I order from, but I'm on a pet sitting job, hence difference in location, maybe? I don't know. Anyway, it was literally the BEST most delicious pizza I've EVER had from Domino's! It was perfect, and I was so happy and excited to keep on eating it. Lol, and luckily, it was all for me. Lol always loves being able to give POSITIVE reviews. Thank you, DOMINO'S!! I'm happily satisfied! My night is complete & I'm one happy camper! Great pizza, football, drinks, and the cutest dog/client EVER! ? ROLL TIDE!!! ?????♥️
