Their ham & Swiss croissant was hot and delicious, the sugar-free hazelnut latte was perfect, and their coffeecake muffin (make sure you get it heated!) was so very good with the coffee.
The staff was friendly and efficient with everything done with a smile! Their restroom was clean and fresh-smelling.
Great morning experience!

Rude staff and inconsistently made drinks. When this Dunkin’ first opened by my work I was so excited, and I go several times per week. But in the past year the service and quality have tanked. The drive thru staff are so rude and argumentative (and I’ve worked food service and drive thru so I know how it can be and I have A LOT of grace, but this is to the point that I dread going because it’s always so unpleasant). Also the consistency of how the coffee is made is all over the place. I place the same order every time and I never know what I’m going to get. And every time I’ve said something I just get argued with - even by managers.

I had the sweetest young lady as my server. She was very helpful in explaining the choices of iced coffee. She even have me an extra donut!

Slowest drive through ive ever seen.
Stop to grab a quick breakfast special. Also got gas it was only 2.54gal. Literally right off the exit 10 corridor end of Morgan Rd. Perfect

I feel like I should finally leave a review with how much I'm here! This has been my dunkin of choice in Birmingham for over a year despite having two others closer to me- I'll happily voyage to this one since I always know it's going to be a consistently good experience for me. The employees are always so kind no matter who's on shift and my drinks are consistently amazing. I love there not being an additional charge on alternative milk as well, and on top of loving my coffee I get here, the food is always tasty and made well compared to other Dunkin's I've visited all over.

Flies were everywhere, even in the doughnuts
I stood inside for about 10 minutes before a guy came from the back and said only the drive thru was open...

I stopped by here anfter a dreadfully long week after work, to pay my respects to the old Krystal’s. Reminiscent of the ole days at 3:00 A.M. on Pascha Sunday, I ordered myself a Greek J’Mar Special: καφές (coffee) and Λουκουμάδες (doughnut).
A large coffee with 6 shots of espresso, go home and add 6 oz of ouzo. Two sixes in honor of the original #6 worn by J’Mar, the many TD’s he’ll be responsible for on Sunday and to remind the beast he’ll always come up short on judgement day.
Directions: Chug the whole thing, then chase with the doughnut.
‘Tis a Greek specialty to stay alert and ready throughout the night life🤌

The gentlemen behind the counter, I believe his name was J’Mar possibly Smith as a last name, broad shoulders and eyes you get lost in made me the greatest cup of coffee I have ever had in my life.
Coffee with cream and sugar, two doughnuts decent but not the freshest. Service nice atmosphere was pleasant enough.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Will no longer go to this location even though it’s right by my house. They messed up my order and had attitude with me. Proceeded to snatch the drink out of my hand and argue with me. I’m a very simple person and this is the 2nd time I have had a terrible experience at this location.

I usually stop by early to pick-up a sourdough breakfast sandwhich and an iced coffee. This most recent trip I stopped on my way home from church at around 1pm to get some powdered donuts. They only had 1 left. I was very disappointed. Looked like all they did have were the glazed donuts. I'll go to Krispy Kreme for glazed & choc iced glazed. Do these places not make enough variety to get through the entire day?
