This was a great experience. I actually ate alone in a corner. I had a traditional breakfast something simple and it was delicious. The waiter Demarco was attentive and made sure I had what I needed and ask for.
While I was in town this weekend, I stopped at First Watch in Vestavia Hills for breakfast, and it was phenomenal! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really taste the quality in every bite.
The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, and Miller, my waitress, was absolutely awesome — attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Definitely one of the best breakfast spots around!
