Even though it says they are open on google they are NOT. They have been temporarily closed for a long time. Do not be fooled by google’s mistake of saying they are opened. Please fix.

Food was fresh. Service was horrible, due to the fact that i ordered before 7 other people and every single one got their food and left before me. I ordered a sausage biscuit and cinnamon roll. The cashier proceeded to start taking orders again, ignoring that i was standing there. Another girl who was working, finally looked at me and was wondering why i was still standing there... And she got my order to me. Its not like i had a big, or special order. That needs to be worked on!!

I had ordered the breakfast platter for 4.00. Front counter person was super nice! The person that fixed the platter threw it together. Eggs was awful, fresh but no flavor, hash browns was made by counter employee which was fresh! I would of gave 5 stars but cook wasn't on point

Wonderful service and a group of smiling employees. Everyone had such upbeat attitudes. The store was clean and well stocked. Bathrooms were spotless. Noise level was very low inside.Food was hot and order was exactly as we wanted. Ham and cheese was too hot to eat so I went to the hot fries while I waited. Hamburgers were fresh and hot too.We will be back soonLeticia runs a tight ship and made sure everyone was treated right.

I was on my lunch break, I went thru the drive thru it was fast and my food was good and hot. My order was correct also

I had avoided this placed for several months due to repeated poor service, low quality food and getting the wrong order/overcharged etc but decided to try them again. Extremely horrible and slow service. Waited in drive through forever and could never get anyone to take my order. People were having to jump the curb and damage their cars to even get out of the drive-through line. This place should be closed down.

The location on Valleydale Rd is one of the better Hardee's. Always good when we visit. Bonus being the staff is friendly and courteous.

I ordered a Big Hot Ham & Cheese combo on a seeded bun, but received the "mini version". In preceding visits, it has always been a BIG sandwich with alternating layers of meat and cheese which protruded outside of the bun (regardless of being regular or seeded bun).I went in and asked the nice lady behind the counter if this was the BIG or regular version. She got the attention of a guy behind the food chute who said it definitely was the big version. He explained it was "due to the way the meat was given to them by the manufacturer". I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. It was not possible see his name tag because he never came out to the counter. However, the nice lady at the counter did apologize. The manager made no attempt to make this right, so I left and will probably never come back to this location.When I started eating the sandwich in my car, I found 90% of the cheese was in the wrapper where I was holding the sandwich, so I just threw it out and went elsewhere.For a visual comparison, I included a photo of the sandwich I was given and an image of what was advertised on the menu and web site.

Rudest "manager" I've ever seen. After waiting in line to order, the new cashier didn't know how to ring up my order. She said it was her 2nd day there and no one had trained her. She was almost in tears, very apologetic, and kept trying to call the manager over, but he was too busy, apparently. I called him over. He was extremely rude to me. I feel sorry for the cashier, and wished her luck.

I made a special trip to try the Angus Burger.I was disappointed in the poor quality of the burger and the fries were cold.I talked to the manager, who was working the window,Due to the lack of staff. Est breakfast by a fast food chain hands down.
