GREAT FOOD ! GREAT STAFF ! 💯

Jersey Mike’s has an excellent sub but they shouldn’t bother offering curbside as a service if you spend 45 minutes waiting and have to go inside to get your order made. Good food, terrible service.

A long strand of hair was inside my Giant Kahuna sandwich. What a waste. Tried calling the store to repot the issue, the business is unable to receive phone calls at this time. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service. Today was my first day ever trying Jesey Mike's and was simply amazing. Because of Dewayne Burroughs and
Quajae Ware I will most definitely be returning. The way how they ran the store tells they are some of the best workers so deserves a raise for the conditions

I will never come back to this location they were super rude, a girl with a short hair cut was cussing so loud everyone could hear full conversation she didn’t care ,when it was time to make my sandwich she had a attitude so I just left me and a few others corporate really need to look into this I wish it was a way to rate them even lower don’t eat at jersey mikes

Very Pleased and Highly Recommend!

I am an undergraduate student in the Birmingham area and an active member of our colleges Outdoor and Adventure Club. This weekend, we participated in a serve day, where we left campus to give back to the community.
We were fortunate to connect with Fran Garza, General Manager, and Lianna Lawson, Assistant General Manager, of Jersey Mike’s, who graciously donated boxed lunches for all our members who took part in the serve day. We owe an incredible thanks to Jersey Mike’s!

Jersey Mike’s offers a variety of boxed lunches (and has hearty allergy options). We received boxes with an assortment of subs, including super sandwiches, and turkey/ham sandwiches. Each box included a bag of chips, a cookie, and packets of mayo and mustard.

The sandwiches were fresh and hit the spot after a morning of service.

Dietary restrictions: For our gluten-free members, Jersey Mike’s provided salads topped with cheese and deli meat. They mentioned that their salads were delicious!

Very slow service with adequate staff

Fran and Rashid were so helpful and nice to deal with at this store. They were extremely friendly and helped me decide what I wanted to eat for my long drive home. They went over and above to make me feel like I was their best customer! A++ service! Will definitely be back to this location.

DO NOT order from this location!!! They are understaffed and the people they do have working are not the brightest! My take out order took an hour and when I got it, they had left out an entire sub. Everybody in the store was fuming because they had either been waiting for over 30 minutes or their orders had been totally screwed up. Whoever the owner is needs to get his or her butt in the store and sort this mess out with the staff and lack of management.
