This is the first review I’ve ever written. But this place is so bad, I feel I need to (not that I think it will help). I have lived in this area for 9 months. Been to this location 5 times (only because of convenience), and they have gotten my order wrong EVERY TIME. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The drive thru won’t even put cream in your coffee. Who wants to drive thru, order coffee with your meal and mess around putting cream in it. Going inside is worse. Employees yelling out orders, singing, getting order wrong. It’s terrible. McDonald’s has done a great job getting and maintaining customers in the past but i haven’t heard anything good about them in years. A huge drop in sales would probably get them to reevaluate their business plan.

I stopped by this McDonald's for a cup of coffee early in the morning - around 5 am. There was a car waiting to place an order in the first lane, I drove to the second lane. After around 7 or 8 minutes the first car placed an order then my order was taken. We both pulled around and waited another 5 minutes or so to be served. When I finally made it to the window the person inside was fooling around with a piece of equipment while my coffee, was sitting there on the counter. Why I couldn't have been served before the other action was handled is beyond me. FAST FOOD - REALLY?

I went here today to get an ice cream and a small coffee. When I got inside there was an employee laying on one of the benches in dining area. I was informed no ice cream and no coffee but I could get a milkshake and they would make coffee. The person waiting on me was on speaker phone the entire time talking to someone obviously a personal call then the next thing you know she was in an argument with another employee yelling and screaming and cussing and up in the other employees face. Customers and call in orders started coming inside looking for their food, drive through employee was yelling at this time I am only one person. The confrontation became louder and louder 20 minutes go by still no coffee. Customers start leaving then 2 Vestavia Police officers came to the disturbance. One of the two employees was sitting in dining area at this time. This place was very scary yelling and cussing employees what a disgrace to the company. Wish I had owner or franchise’s phone number.

They handle this business location very unprofessional. It's hit or miss. Customer service was zero this day.... visited on 01/06/24 at 7:22 pm ...I would have given a survey but the receipt didn't print well... half ink on it. The person taking the order got smart with me, It's sad you can't have great customer service as much. People don't know how to be kind.

Becareful. They are charging a drink up charge that is 40 cents extra per meal and not asking you if you want the up charge or not. If you ask for regular water with your meal, you will be upcharged 50 cents for bottle water even though tap was requested. McDonald's got an extra $1.30 from me without asking. No telling how much extra they are making without people noticing. Syrup is also 40 cents. If you need a fast breakfast or lunch, this location is not for you.

Waited in drive thru over 15min and no one ever even took my order. I watched 5 other people behind me leave because of zero service. They constantly take more than 15-20min to get one person thru the drive thru.
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and was given a bun with pickles and onions. Took it back inside and was called a liar, the girl said she looked in the box and it had meat. Funny that there were no meat or cheese stains on the buns. They did put a pattie on it.... If I was going to try and steal meat I'd go to a steak
