The lady behind the counter was very rude. I didn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. I understand that we are in a pandemic and the masks are required, but what I don’t understand is that you make me go back to my truck and get a mask, then come in and sanitize my hands before she took my order, all while she had her mask just over her chin the entire time. She is lucky I left a tip. Absolutely absurd, I will not be going back. Chipotle from now on! I really wish I could give 0 stars

Place has really gone down hill over the years. We used to go multiple times a week 5-10 years ago. Workers are rude, lazy, and act like they are being inconvenienced by your presence. We've had the same poor experience for the last few years and after tonight we won't be back. There is a common theme here, hopefully it won't be common for the Moe's in hoover or on 280, since we really like Moe's.

My husband and I went to this location today, 7/11/20 for lunch. This was the 3rd time having lunch at this location and the 3rd time we were treated poorly by the staff. The first time it was an African American man that we assumed was the manger. He had a terrible disposition. There was only one other customer in the restaurant so it wasn't like he was too busy to be nice. The last 2 times including today it was the same African American woman being rude and borderline hostile. We were literally uneasy to ask for extra salsa. She would ask quick questions about our order, yet never make eye contact. She appeared to be very angry. The two female staff members were training a young man that was watching their behavior. I hate to think that this is the way he is learning to treat customers. We understand that these are stressful times, but these folks are making it worse and very uncomfortable to frequent this establishment. We will never come back to this location.
Went into Moe's Sunday 21st Father Day. The person that was working African American Had her whole Family at Work.Babies and all. I tried to place my order she was very Rude.. I just left... I know times are Tough right now. If you can't hire Quality people you probably should just CLOSE!!! Ended up going to Subway Great Service!!!!!!

There were three employees: one man and two women. The women were polite but the man was very rude. The customer in front of me asked him for something. He didn’t even respond. He just stared at her blankly and tilted his head to in the direction of another employee. When it was my turn, I greeted him. He gave me that same blank stare and asked me to sanitize my hands. Very poor customer service.

This is the second time I have been to this particular location. Both times after leaving within a few hours I felt sick to my stomach as if I had food poisoning. Yesterday I had it for lunch and I was sick for the rest of the day. I get that with this Quarantine they probably aren't getting many customers so I have my suspicions that they are letting ingredients sit out for too long. Please avoid this location at all costs.
