Amazing experience, it was Mother's day and packed to capacity. The staff was on GAME 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 🏁🏁🏁 The Lady Manager with the Low Haircut was very hands on. Young Lady Hostess whose name starts with ACH was very organized and attentive. Our Server I think his name is John ( I may be wrong) he was very fast and attentive also. Everything on our order was correct and cooked to perfection, wish I could've left a larger tip but I'll be back and surely will next time.
Emma Z was so kind and professional.

Had a misfortunate experience at this red lobster location while celebrating a wonderful occasion. Everything was going questionably up to the point where we got the bill. When I saw it I immediately saw misinformation and lies, that could almost be outright called a scam. We ordered three shrimp choice entree and deliberately asked for 2 add-ons to save money. The menu advertised up to 2 add-ons per entree at a discounted price. We were not given a discount for our first add-on, the crab Legs. The second add-on was listed on the receipt as an appetizer when we specifically asked for an add on, resulting in a 11 dollar up charge. On top of all of this, everything was dry and rubbery, our crab was served without claw crackers or butter, and the rest of the food was just as bad. Would recommend you avoid this restaurant entirely and save your appetite and money.

Subpar food, dry crab, rubbery scallops wrapped in microwave bacon, overcharged scam, took a bill that was suppose to be around 50$ and made it 80$ with wrong charges on purpose, would not recommend

Our server was very good I was not excited about my meal the portions are much smaller than expected I had to send my order back due to over cooked then had to get it to go due to amount of time it took to receive it again. This is not the Red Lobster I remember I feel as I’m y meal didn’t match my price the lobster tail came from a baby as well as the beef 🫣. Again the servers were very nice it was the food that didn’t meet my expectations.

I have to be honest, I came here on Valentine’s Day and although we had a reservation we had to wait for two hours. The food was great and our server was extremely kind and attentive (brown A) but everything was hard to enjoy after hours of waiting and cancelled plans.

I was pretty disappointed and let down by this visit.
The food was mediocre at best. The popcorn shrimp were good, likely because they’re cooked to order, but my sides weren’t even lukewarm. I asked to have them remade, which isn’t something I should have to do at a sit-down restaurant. My wife said her food was okay, but nothing special.
The bigger issue was the condition of the restaurant. It’s in desperate need of maintenance. Ceiling tiles were missing, the HVAC vents were covered in dust, and the whole place just felt neglected. The lighting was particularly bad—many of the LED fixtures were failing, flashing like a broken strobe light. One directly above our table flickered the entire meal, and moving seats wouldn’t have helped because several others were just as bad.
I know Red Lobster is under new leadership, so I’ll give it time to see if things improve. But for now, I’ll be sticking to the freezer section.

I received nearly burnt biscuits not once but 3 times after asking the waitress for fresh ones. We also did not receive our appetizer. We received our entrees 1st so we got the appetizer to go. We were not happy with our experience at this location at all.

The wait was not too bad, the server was in a rush with everything, the food was was phenomenal and hot!
I had a reservation for 6:30. My girlfriend and I waited until 7:30, an entire hour, to be seated. During that time 2-3 walk ins were seated and 1-2 groups with reservations we seated before us, all of which had reservations later than ours. At 7:00 I asked how much longer was the wait going to be and when I asked she wrote my name on the end of her list, 30 minutes after our reservation. I understand it was busy, especially that night but we were very clearly forgotten about and looked over multiple times. At 7:30 we decided to leave because it was only getting more packed. I used to love Red Lobster but now I just can't recommend it to anyone knowing the kind of service they provide. 0/10 don't waste your time with this place.
Craving Walt's Shrimp. Excellent!!! Ice cold salad w ranch and an excellent loaded potato . Confusing menu and no patrons. I miss the old Red Lobster commercials and a crowded restaurant. However, the food and service were excellent. If it's been awhile since your last visit, give it a try. I think you'll have a nice meal.
